A bright 70-square-meter apartment that can accommodate up to 4 people, located on the second floor of a building in the historic Giudecca neighborhood (no elevator).
The location is certainly enviable, just a short walk from the sea; you can also walk to the island of Ortigia and all its main attractions.
The apartment consists of a kitchen, living room, bedroom, and two bathrooms.

The 70-square-meter apartment is located on the second floor of a building without an elevator.
The interior layout is as follows:

- LIVING ROOM with a double sofa bed, 50" TV (NO cable channels), fan coil, and access to a small balcony;
- KITCHEN with induction cooktop, dining table, refrigerator with freezer, moka pot, microwave, kitchen utensils, and fan coil;
- BEDROOM with double bed, closet, desk, and fan coil;
- BATHROOM I (inside the bedroom) with shower, sink, bidet, and toilet;
- BATHROOM II with shower, washing machine, sink, and toilet.
- SMALL BALCONY.

ADDITIONAL AMENITIES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited Wi-Fi, heating and air conditioning via fan-coil units (living room, kitchen, and bedroom), clothesline, hair dryer, iron, and ironing board.

PLEASE NOTE: The inner courtyard is shared with other guests.
Please be mindful of the small step at the entrance to the building.
Please note that there are three steps between the kitchen and the bedroom.

The apartment is entirely at our guests’ disposal.

7 days before arrival, you will receive instructions on how to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the tourist tax (4% of the cost of the stay, up to a maximum of €5.00 per person per night, for up to 7 consecutive nights).
We need this procedure to verify your information and documents and to send the details to the "Alloggiati Web" police service, which is the Italian system for registering guests staying in Italy.

Turning the air conditioning and heating on and off is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013, Ministerial Decree No. 383 of 6.10.2022).
Estat: the average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.
Winter: the weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The period during which heating is permitted and the daily operating duration depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.
Syracuse Climate Zone B: 7 hours per day from December 8 to March 23.

Check-in will be via online self-check-in; completing registration is MANDATORY in order to receive instructions on how to retrieve the keys and gain access to the apartment.
Keys can be retrieved free of charge via the on-site keybox.
In case of problems, telephone assistance is available until 10:00 PM.

If you’d prefer to have a member of our staff deliver the keys to the apartment, this is possible upon request for an additional fee as follows:
- From 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM: 15.00 euros;
- From 9:00 PM to 11:00 PM: 25.00 euros.

You can swim at the beaches around the island of Ortigia; our staff will direct you to the area closest to the apartment.
The apartment is located in the Giudecca neighborhood on the island of Ortigia. The area takes its name from the street that branches off from Via Maestranza and, together with Via Alagona, marks the boundary of the neighborhood—toward the sea—that once housed Syracuse’s large Jewish community. Not much remains of the original buildings and spaces. In the basement of the Alla Giudecca hotel, however, you can take guided tours to explore an ancient mikveh—a system of pools fed by running water—that was once connected to the now-vanished synagogue, where ritual baths were performed.
