Nice cabin, gorgeous views. Cabin location on a gravel road and a bit hard to navigate. The parking was also a little difficult as you had to back down the driveway.

We loved our stay here! This homey cabin is in a small private, quiet, community giving us the peaceful getaway we wanted. Sitting on the deck just taking in the beautiful view was entertainment enough, but being close to the Blue Ridge Parkway made it easy to go on hikes or to get out and explore the area. Its location within about 30 minutes to Bryson City, Dillsboro/Sylva, or Waynesville, gave us plenty of places to eat out and shop. We especially liked Foragers and Dalaya Thai in Sylva and The Patio Bistro in Waynesville. And, Barber Orchard for apples, veggies, and delicious sweet treats. The cabin has everything you need! One of the best supplied rentals that we have stayed in. And the beds were super comfortable. It was clean and felt like a home away from home! We enjoyed sitting around the firepit at night. The game room is spacious and has lots of board games and a pool table. The owner provided great information before our arrival and followed up when we arrived to see if we had any questions. They were also available when we needed them. The road up is paved for a good ways and becomes gravel once you are in the little community. We didn’t have any problems making it up in our sedan. We are glad we found our perfect getaway and hope to stay there again.

We had a wonderful stay at this property!! Cheryl was so attentive and communication was excellent. The house is wonderful! Great views from the porch where we spent as much time as possible. My husband captured a great shot of the Milky Way from the porch! Very private, quiet - small neighborhood, well stocked, and accommodating all around. I left a few pieces of clothing there and Cheryl mailed them to us immediately - received 4 days after getting home. We highly recommend this home for a vacation spot! -Shelly

We had such an amazing stay in this cabin. The views are absolutely stunning and the entire property is gorgeous. We kept saying it felt like a magical cottage. It was pure bliss to sit in the cool mountain air while listening to the birds chirp and checking out the view from the porch. The cabin is just as described in the listing. It had everything we needed and more! The host has great communication and was friendly and hospitable. Now that our daughter will be at WCU, we hope to come back for another stay!

Beautiful homey restful stay with gorgeous view!

We loved all the cozy touches in this cabin. There is a deck and a screened porch and the view is so pretty. We drove the Blue Ridge Parkway and found the cabin right below it. We’ve stayed at several “view” cabins in the area and this was the easiest access we’ve experienced.

The cabin is clean and beautiful! It had everything we needed and more. The view of the mountains is spectacular! We especially enjoyed the views while roasting marshmallows around the fire pit. The location was right where we wanted to be. Easy access to nearby towns and the parkway. It was really perfect!

Gorgeous property, very private and peaceful house, clean and spacious with everything you would need for a getaway. The views from the balcony cannot even be described! Just stunning! We never wanted to leave. Excellent communication with owner. Great location. Would highly recommend!

Incredible cabin!

There were 3 of us that stayed here for a long girlfriend’s weekend, and this cabin was the loveliest cabin I have ever rented! Everything was provided and the furnishings were high end. The back porch and views were stunning! The cabin is remote, and driving up the gravel road in the dark takes concentration. The fire pit was fun! The 3rd bedroom and bath was downstairs, which was a little tough on our 70-year old bodies. But younger renters would have no problems going up and down. We want to rent again. It was an incredibly peaceful girls getaway!

Beautiful views

We had a great stay at this cabin. The location. is picturesque with the stunning views, the surrounding area and the drive up to the cabin is beautiful. We’ve stayed at many cabins throughout the years in GA, SC, TN and NC and we love the Waynesville area. The kitchen is well equipped and the game room has lots of board games along with the pool table. The back yard is relatively steep, so just be aware if you bring pets it’s not an area easily accessible to have them roam in the back yard. We walked ours along the road and they were just fine. The phone service worked fine and we had ATT and TMobile - we had less bars in the game room but it worked. There is basic TV service, but be aware it’s limited. There was no local channel coverage so if you’re a football fan, you won’t be able to watch games unless you stream via your laptop with a streaming site and a HDMI cable connected to TV using your phone’s Hot Spot. Hot water worked perfect and we were a party of six. The drive up to the cabin is quite easy. Communication with owner/property manager was great. Great stay overall.

Beautiful cabin, yard, and view!

There's no better place to stay and watch the leaves in the Fall or to simply relax in the mountains. The cabin is well situated for day trips to all the mountain attractions.
