Here you’ll find a brightly decorated vacation home located entirely on the first floor in a quiet yet central location in Westerland, close to the beach.

On the first floor, you enter the apartment through a spacious hallway. The hallway features a dresser with a coat rack.

From here, you can access all the rooms in the apartment, which are fully carpeted with oak parquet flooring.

Living/Kitchen/Dining Area: Spacious living room with a sofa nook, armchair, and TV. A sleeper sofa can be converted into an additional sleeping area for two people in just a few seconds. The antique dining area with a cozy sofa is perfect for enjoying meals together. The semi-open, country-style kitchen is well-equipped.

From this room, you can access the large corner terrace facing southwest. The furnished terrace, complete with a seasonal beach chair, offers sunshine all day long.

Bedroom 1: Double bed, built-in closets, TV, and window.
