With 43 m² of living space spread over two levels on the upper floor, the vacation apartment offers a comfortable and cozy atmosphere for up to two people.

The apartment features a separate bedroom and a bright living room with a sofa area that invites you to relax.

The open kitchen is harmoniously integrated into the living area, creating a spacious feel. It is fully equipped and includes, among other things, a glass-ceramic cooktop, a dishwasher, an espresso machine, and all cooking utensils and dishes. The adjacent dining area offers the ideal setting for shared meals.

The modern bathroom features a walk-in shower, a hair dryer, and a starter kit of soap and shampoo.

Entertainment is provided by a TV with digital TV connection, a Blu-ray player, and a radio.

A special highlight during the warmer months is the beach chair (seasonal beach chair available from around Easter to around the end of September) on Kampen Beach, included in the rental price, which guarantees relaxing hours right by the sea. You’ll also find two additional beach chairs in the common area of the outdoor grounds, which are available for shared use.

Your vehicle is also taken care of: a private parking space is available right next to the accommodation. In addition, a washing machine and dryer (coin-operated) in the building’s basement are available for shared use.

Please note that smoking is not permitted in the apartment, and pets are not allowed.
