Just a few meters from the beach access, the spa facilities, and downtown, the “Silvie” vacation apartment is located on the first floor of Haus Silvie in Westerland.
This one-room apartment is approximately 38 square meters in size and is very centrally located.

You’ll find modern furnishings. The living room features a large sofa, two armchairs, and a dining table. You’ll also find a flat-screen TV and a radio.
Kitchen
The modern kitchen is, of course, equipped with a ceramic cooktop, oven, and microwave, an exhaust fan, and other appliances—such as a refrigerator, coffee maker, Nespresso machine, electric kettle, and toaster.
Bedroom 1
In the combined living/bedroom, you’ll find a double bed (approx. 180 x 200 cm) for sleeping; the beds will, of course, be made for you upon arrival.
Bathroom
Modern bathroom with shower, toilet, and sink. Sufficient towels and bath mats are provided for our guests when the linens package is booked.
Outdoor Area
Furnished terrace with a beach chair. There is a bike storage area available at the house.
Miscellaneous
One linens package per person, including 2 bath towels, 2 hand towels, a bath mat, and a dish towel. Cleaning cloths, dish sponges, and dishwasher tablets are included in the total price.

Please note the regulations regarding the separate visitor’s tax charged by the respective municipality on Sylt. This is billed separately and is due no later than upon arrival.

Non-smoking apartment!
Pets are not allowed. This modern apartment building is located right next to the spa center and spa facility in Westerland. It’s just a short 2–3-minute walk to the beach and the promenade. The shopping streets Strandstrasse and Friedrichstrasse are within a 2- to 4-minute walk.

The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic cooktop, oven, and microwave; an exhaust fan; a refrigerator with a freezer compartment; a filter coffee maker; an electric kettle; and a toaster.
Bedroom 1
Combined living room/bedroom with a double bed; the beds will be made for you upon arrival.

Modern bathroom with shower, toilet, and sink. Plenty of towels and bath mats.
