This exclusive vacation rental has been completely renovated with great attention to detail and, with 82 m² of space spread over two levels, offers plenty of room for up to 4 people. The open-concept layout, featuring warm colors and high-quality woodwork, creates a cozy ambiance. Two comfortable bedrooms with box-spring beds (180x200 cm and 160x200 cm) and window screens ensure restful nights. The spacious living area, featuring a cozy sofa and a 50-inch TV, invites you to unwind. A large dining table is available for shared meals, and the modern, open kitchen is fully equipped—including a Nespresso machine, Siemens appliances, and everything an amateur chef could desire.

The modern natural-stone bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower, a towel warmer, a makeup mirror, and a window with a fly screen. Free Wi-Fi and a 32-inch TV in the master bedroom provide additional comfort, as do fly screens in both bedrooms. A private parking space is available right next to the house (entrance via Westerhörn 42, last parking space).
