This 2-room apartment is located at Strandstr. 22 on the 2nd floor and features a north-facing balcony. The apartment is approximately 60 m² and features a new bedroom with a double bed (two good single mattresses), a large living room with a new sofa (which converts into a bed for a 3rd or 4th person), and a large dining area. The separate kitchen is well-equipped (oven, microwave). Bathroom with a tub and a separate guest restroom. The furnishings are well-maintained, and the living area is fully tiled. Additionally, a new flat-screen TV, radio (CD player), and telephone are provided. No pets allowed. A garage space is available; maximum height of the garage door: 1.80 m

An underground parking space, suitable even for large cars, is of course included with the apartment. There is also an elevator in the building.
Please note the regulations regarding the separate visitor’s tax charged by the respective municipality on Sylt. This is billed separately and is due no later than upon arrival. New to our rental portfolio:
