The vacation rental featured here, measuring approximately 80 m², offers plenty of space on two levels (first floor and basement) for living, enjoying yourself, relaxing, and feeling at home, and is ideal for up to four people. The apartment has recently undergone extensive renovations and now complies with all requirements of the Sylt building code.

The thatched-roof house is located in a well-maintained residential complex with park-like grounds and mature trees. The Wadden Sea, an EDEKA supermarket with a bakery, and several renowned restaurants are all within easy walking distance.

You enter the ground-floor apartment with a basement through an inviting entryway featuring a coat closet and a separate guest restroom. From here, you enter the spacious and lovingly designed living and dining area with a fully equipped built-in kitchen and exclusive furnishings—the pictures speak for themselves. Carefully selected accessories and harmoniously coordinated colors create an all-around pleasant, cozy atmosphere. Entertainment is provided by a flat-screen TV, a stereo system with a CD player, and Wi-Fi.

From the living area, you step out onto the terrace, which is surrounded by a Frisian wall and furnished with a beach chair and garden seating (approx. April through October). Here you can relax and wind down after eventful days on Sylt.

In the basement, you’ll find two separate bedrooms, each with a high-quality box-spring bed and two single beds. Two modern bathrooms with clear-glass showers and rain showers are also included.

The front bedroom (open to the staircase) has an en suite bathroom, which also serves as a passageway to the rear bedroom. The second bedroom also has its own en suite bathroom and is separated from the front bathroom by a small, separate hallway with a door.

Of course, a private parking space is available right in front of the house.
