Buena ubicación pero malas habitaciones
La ubicación es muy buena, pero el hotel en si es un poco viejo, necesitaría una reforma, y los cuartos.... ni te cuento. El baño minúsculo, tenías que sentarte en la taza del vater de lado, si no no cabías, y salir de la ducha también de lado, si no te restregabas con la mampara o la pared....

Gran estancia poco presupuesto (compra anticipada)
Me hospedé en este hotel por su gran precio al momento de reservar, Quedé muy satisfecho. Estuve en dos tipos de habitaciones ya que estuve en 2 tiempos durante el mismo viaje a Australia. La habitación mas económica debo decir que fue la que mas me gustó, por su cercanía con la cocina general que ocupé bastantes veces en mi estancia. Si es mas grande la habitación superior y tiene un toque mas "refinado" alguna calidad extra en detalles y en lo que mas varió fue en el tamaño de habitación, cama y vista. Pero en ambos casos quedé complacido, aunque el precio variaba tanto que definitivamente optaría por la económica si volviera a reservar de nuevo. Los servicios en la habitación habituales, cama cómoda, ropa de esta limpia, limpieza diaria, amenidades de baño básicas, refrigerador, TV, AC, servicio de café y té, buen WiFi aunque limitado en GB dependiendo tu estancia es tu volumen de datos gratis. La localización es muy cerca de la estación Kings Cross en Potts Point (el barrio donde está el hotel) apenas un par de minutos tomando un callejón y con esto tiene una gran conectividad con la ciudad y aeropuerto. La calle en si donde se localiza es bastante tranquila con mucho menor movimiento que que la intensamente comercial Darlinghurst Rd a apenas un minuto andando y con enorme oferta de alimentos, ocio y compras en general. El centro de Sydney tampoco está tan lejos unos 20 minutos o hasta menos.

Super económico y sin quejas!
Elegimos el hotel por su precio económico y su ubicación. Si bien las calles más cercanas son de zona roja, esta muy cerca de zonas muy atractivas. Y por el precio no nos decepcionamos, podríamos esperar pagar más. Si bien la habitación estaba en el zotano cerca de la cocina y el lavadero, aunque había algo de olor en el pasillo, la habitación estaba perfecta. El personal del hotel es muy amable.

Ya no tenemos nuestra cocina, debido a una menor demanda, sino también para crear una experiencia más tranquila para nuestros huéspedes. ¡Muchos clubes se han mudado al área de Pyrmont y ahora tenemos muchos más restaurantes elegantes en Potts Point! ¡También hemos terminado nuestra renovación y esperamos que vuelva la próxima vez que esté en Sydney!

Buen hotel
Hotel bien ubicado cerca de la estación Kings Cross. Cuenta con wifi limitado pero suficiente para toda la estadía. La habitación cuenta con heladera y pava electrica, ideal para desayunar. Luego de un viaje largo y agotador, llegamos muy temprano para hacer el check-in y nos hicieron esperar unos diez minutos para poder pasar a la habitación. Recomendable.

Hotel muy recomendable para visitar Sydney. Las recepcionistas muy amables y serviciales. Parada de metro a 100 m. El barrio es seguro. Delante hotel hay un supermercado, y cerca un Coles.

No era lo que esperaba
El hotel está bien situado y el personal es bastante agradable, pero la habitación es fue toda una decepción. La cama y la habitación eran muy pequeñas, tanto que dos personas apenas teníamos espacio para movernos dentro. Además, la cama era bastante incómoda, el mobiliario y las ventanas, viejos y destartalados y el cuarto de baño también pequeño y mal equipado. En definitiva, una relación calidad-precio bastante mala.

The vibe of the place and the surrounding area is really very good. The proximity to the train station at Kings Cross is brilliant. Having the Harris Farm food outlet directly across the road open from 7:00am to 10:00pm is really very handy - no need to go hungry. Dinner at Pizza Boccone and dessert at Rivareno were both top class delicious experiences. Both open late too. And to top it off the staff at Springfield are just so professional and friendly at the same time. What's not to like? Well done No 9 Springfield!

Would highly recommend this property. The staff were a pleasure to deal with and the hotel was very well maintained and very clean. The hotel is situated a short walk from Kings Cross Station, and it is quite easy to obtain a taxi if required in the Main Street of King’s Cross, where you will find places to eat and drink

Smallest bathroom in the world
The check in process was very stressful. We arrived at 9.45 and it looked closed and the main phone was off the hook despite us being told we had until 10pm to arrive. My mother phoned the emergency number and the guy did show up from the office opposite reception so I don’t know why he couldn’t hear us calling out. The bed was comfy but the bathroom was ludicrous! I think there is more room in my under stair cupboard !

Not a quiet hotel, take ear plugs. There is no double glazing or soundproofing so you can hear absolutely everything from the corridors, the rooms upstairs and outside. I was woken up multiple times each night by other guests stomping above my room or moving through the corridor. One of my bedroom windows had a metal grate above it which opened straight to the outside and couldn’t be close so it was like sleeping with a window open and the Kingscross area is not a quiet place and the loud birds wake up early. I wouldn’t stay here again.

While this is an older property, it’s comfortable, clean, close to transport. I will stay again when I return to Sydney.
