Hi Jennifer, We are sorry to hear that you had a cockroach in your room. Unfortunately being in Sydney and especially by the ocean we can attract some unwanted visitors, and whilst we have routine pest management services to try and stop this from happening we do still unfortunately get them flying in. I would like to give you peace of mind that our pest management service has assured us that there is no breeding or infestation in any of our rooms but rather general cockroaches that are in the area that fly in. We apologise if this hindered your stay with us. And we are glad that we were able to assist you on the night and upgrade you to another room away from the noise. Hi Laura, On weekends we have live music and DJs which we advertise. We do have some rooms quieter than others on these days. Sorry for any inconveinece caused throughout your stay.

Sorry to hear you had an unpleasant experience with security, as you can imagine we do need to be vigilant to ensure just hotel guests are permitted to enter the hotel especially after lockout to the bars.
