Excellent staycay for my family when heading to Calmsley Hill farm, and checked out the Blacktown markets next door. The room setup worked well for our family, albeit a bit dark. It ticked all the boxes for what we were looking for, and we enjoyed the free pool table and pool area was nice to hang out in. It was a bit disappointing the restaurant wasn't open for dinner either night we stayed (which also impacted room service selection) as we'd planned a night in. Staff were generally very friendly and helpful.

Hi Rona,It appears that your booking was actually cancelled on our system and therefore you physically did not stay in our hotel. However, it is concerning to hear of a possible leak in one of our rooms, if you did stay under another name or booking, can you please advise, as we will need to follow up on our end if there is a leak in one of the rooms. Nice decor and facilities. The check in was lack lustre with no enthusiasm. Breakfast was crowded and the waiting items being coffee, and toast were together causing congestion.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. It was clean and the people were helpful. We haven’t been to NSW before so didn’t quite understand the traffic… wish there was public transport closer. We found it a bit odd that they did not service lunch, only breakfast and dinner.

The room wasn’t particularly clean. The minibar wasn’t restocked and there was trash in the room when we checked in. Staff was friendly but it’s self check in and self check out. Would have expected more for the price.

Great room, perfect location. Reception staff were excellent, food was great. Highly recommended, good chance I would stay there again.

The only issue was the app that needed to be installed wanted access to my photos and videos and access to nearby devices

The pool, bar and restaurant area are great. Seems a bit like a resort which was nice. There was also a kid's room which was great. Unfortunately the restaurant service was very slow and not overly friendly.

We stayed on a Sunday night, so it was very quiet. Room was ready at 2pm, I realised I had forgotten to pack some pretty important hygiene items and they had a little store downstairs with a few essentials. Lifesaver. There's a cute historic pub next door that is worth a look. The bed was REALLY comfortable and tough to get out of in the morning. Check in and check out were the easiest I've ever experienced. I'd stay again but it's a pretty specific location. Be careful of the kangaroos at dusk and dawn.

Great place to stay - the only negative, and a big one for me, was self check in/out. The staff are there to oversee self service, why not just do it in a personal manner? Back to my regular hotel.

Family staycation
Our overall experience was quite good. This is our 2nd time with Atura. Breakfast buffet was delicious. We love the outdoor pool, table tennis and pool. Our only issues were: the toilet seat doesn't fit the toilet bowl. Also our mini fridge was faulty/broken. Wish the pool can have heated water when the weather is cold. Other than that we did love our stay. Will definitely come back again.

The venue is excellent. The room was convenient for my family with the mini kitchenette, microwave, toaster, kettle and mini fridge. Also loved the design of the room. Pool area fantastic. Staff are very friendly and lovely they chat to. Only negative was not enough pillows. It was a full house over the weekend, therefore they were short on pillows. Fantastic 3 night stay ⭐️

The room was nice however what happened when we woke up and went to the car the next morning put a damper on our entire stay. My car window was broken into during the night whilst parked in the hotel parking lot. The hotel staff seemed un-phased by the incident (which clearly states that it is a regular occurrence). They continued with “there’s nothing we can do, you can call the police if you feel like filing a report”. There was a lack of empathy from hotel staff and a sense of lack safety and security throughout the stay.

We believe our staff member has communicated, that a police report needs to be filled out for further action. We apologise if you felt there was lack of empathy and security, however we take no responsibility of what occurs in the parking lot. Despite this, we do hope you will return again in the future for a more pleasant stay.

Room was good and the motel has a great modern feel. Main beds were good, but the fold out beds are very thin and weren't suitable for an adult.

Paid for 3 adults and a child, the main bed was good but the 3rd adult got a stingy fold out sofa to share with the child, could feel every spring and bar through it. Over priced. Shower had no pressure at any time of the day or night was just a dribble
