We stayed for 5 nights, Air Keeper communications for check in and check out were great. We had an issue with the AC and had very hot weather, we waited 2 nights for the issue to be resolved. Walls are paper thin and due to needing to leave the windows open to get cool air at night our first 2 nights were terrible. Clearer instructions and labeling is needed for the AC unit.
There were also large stains on both headboards and the sheets were never changed in the second bedroom(full of orange stains) and a full clean set was left in the closet so my daughter changed the sheets. The couch had food crumbs in/on and another previous renters belongs wedged between the cushions. When brought to Air Keepers attention they did offer to come do a full clean 2 days into our stay but in my opinion these things should have been taken care of prior to checkin. Also, making the bed by putting a flat sheet under and on top of the comforter doesn’t hide stains either. Comforter’s and headboards need to be professionally cleaned or replaced!
The master bathroom could use a hanging organizer as well.
Parking was convenient, this was the 4th rental we stayed in as part of a 3 week stay and was the most disappointing cleanliness wise. Air Keeper should consider hiring new cleaners for this unit! In my opinion offering a free 2 hour late check out was not sufficient compensation for the unclean bedding, food crumbs and belongings left inside the couch, stained headboards, and AC issues.
