The host are very responsive and the area is within a lot of restaurants and close to public transportation. One thing to note. There is a small “hill” you need to climb or go downhill every time you take public transportation. We had an issue with the hot water pipe burst in the apt floor resulting no hot water whatsoever for 2 nights. There were fans running for 3 days and nights in front of the door (up until our check out) all day and night. The host was apologetic and gave us advises on how to shower with warm water. We tried them all with no result. The water was freezing. They also gave us a gift basket that we can’t really use due to the fact we obviously do not want to stay inside the apt unless we absolutely have to and we can’t bring any of those things home with us.
