The host was very responsive to my questions. Communication was very good. The ad is very reflective of the apartment as a whole. I did cook on the hot plate cook top and was pleasantly surprised by the outcome! We used the combo washer/dryer while we were there. We had never used one before so we were not prepared for the long wash/dry cycles. It was not a big deal, if you do laundry while you are staying here you may want to start it before you leave for the day. It washed and dried our clothes just fine, and the host provided the laundry detergent as a bonus.This property really is centrally located! There is a nice proper grocery store about a block and a half away, Chinatown is literally right across the street and Darling Harbour is a 10-15 minute easy walk away. The city light rail is also about a block and a half away as well. The light rail is very easy to figure out and we found it very convenient to get back and forth to Circular Quay which is where the ferries for Sydney Harbour leave from to go to Manly beach, Taronga zoo, Watson bay and the Harbor cruises left fromthere as well. Circular Quay is also where the Opera House is located as well as the view of the Harbor bridge. If you are interested in going to "The Rocks" which is a historic part of Sydney, Circular Quay is very close to that area (5 min walk). Circular Quay is also where we caught our Princess Cruise boat. It really was perfect for our needs for our stay in Sydney.

Location is awesome, right between Chinatown and the Darling Harbour precinct. There are a range of Asian food options nearby, some which are open until late. Safe area, not full of drunks. 5 min walk to the main CBD streets, but without the late night noise that you get in those areas. Hosts very responsive and kind; easy to find and get into apartment. Apartment truly has everything you will need (coffee, laundry detergent, drying rack etc). Some signs of wear and tear (older style apartment) but nothing that affects comfort or safety. Bed was comfy, room was dark, and even on a Saturday night the area was quiet. Central air con was really nice, windows open if you want fresh air. Central station is 10 mins walk, light rail 5 mins walk. This is a comfortable and spacious apartment, in a great spot to enjoy the Sydney CBD and surrounds by foot.

We had everything we needed in the apartment. It was central and close to the city. The fan in the bathroom was very loud and automatically turned on when turning on the lamp. So loud it wakes up the other one sleeping since it's right next to the bed.

The host are very responsive and the area is within a lot of restaurants and close to public transportation. One thing to note. There is a small “hill” you need to climb or go downhill every time you take public transportation. We had an issue with the hot water pipe burst in the apt floor resulting no hot water whatsoever for 2 nights. There were fans running for 3 days and nights in front of the door (up until our check out) all day and night. The host was apologetic and gave us advises on how to shower with warm water. We tried them all with no result. The water was freezing. They also gave us a gift basket that we can’t really use due to the fact we obviously do not want to stay inside the apt unless we absolutely have to and we can’t bring any of those things home with us. Other than that the unit is a bit old, carpeted. To be fair. The stay was OK if we didn’t have the hot water issue but we did

The apartment had all that we needed. We used the kitchen and did laundry. The host was very responsive and we absolutely loved the location of the flat. It was close to many wonderful restaurants, gardens and the tram to everywhere we wanted to go.

We had an enjoyable and comfortable stay in the apartment. It was perfectly situated to explore Chinatown and Darling Harbour and public transport was nearby to reach other sights. Great location

The check in process was simple and I found the apartment to be clean and it was a great location close to everywhere I wanted to go. I didn't interact with the host directly (didn't need to) but they where responsive when I messaged on check in and check out. My apartment overlooked dixon street so not much of a view but I was just using it as a base of operations for a week stay. All round great value.

Great location to trains and food

We had a great stay. 3 days of siteseeing. Easy to navigate. I will say the shower head is low. Anyone over 5'8" has to duck. We had one night of no tv due to cable issues. Also 1 night of no hot water. But that was probably out of the property owner's control. Proper owner met us for early check in which wad great

Perfect location

Excellent location, perfect for a couple. Apartment overlooks Chinatown and is 5mins from the ICC. Very clean and good space which can support your working remotely needs.Was the perfect location to take in a concert. Parking was straight forward under the accomodation. Tim was a wonderful host, very responsive and excellent instructions.
