Receptionist was very friendly. Property is in need of repair. No ventilation in the bathroom and after a shower opening the bathroom door poses a risk of setting off the fire alarms as does using the kettle or cooking appliances. The front rooms have amazing views over the airport runway. Rooms were neat and tidy.

It was a nice place. The hard part about it was that there was not a 24 hour desk help. Suggestion: Need a full time desk help living in the complex to help out of country people at all times. Especially like us the fire alarm went off and no one to explain what was going on, ran out side in our pj's fire department were very fast, Thank the Lord.

Needs cleaning
Needed something last minute (my fault) and wanted kitchen space but I wouldn't recommend this place. Clearly the only cleaning they do between guests is change the towels and sheets (or at least I hope they do that). The bathroom floor was covered in hairs, the tiles needed a good scrub, curtains had blood stains (best not to think about how they got there), curtain rail is sellotaped together, kitchenware not cleaned, sofa arms dislodged and more. Reception I think I saw behind the desk about 3 days out of 2 weeks (including hours they were supposed to be there). Would also be good to have some standards in the kitchen (cooking oil, kitchen roll, salt etc) but I don't think they actually expect people to cook. Also worth pointing out it is a bit closer to the airport station but if you're getting to metro you'll pay the extra surcharge to go from there so instead you're going to want to go to Mascot, which is about a 25 minute walk away.

The property is very convenient for people travelling to Sydney from Wollongong, Canberra or points south – it is just a short distance from the M5. The property is a little run down but good value for money, and there are some good places to eat on Botany Road. Parking is very affordable.

This is a nice place to stay if you dont need to be based in Sydney. I used it as a hub for travel to various surrounding locations. Parking is well worth it. The appartment needs a little bit of TLC but overall clean and fit for purpose based on pricepoint.

Nine days business stay !
Honestly, the property is OK (with some furniture in wear and tear condition already). But if I am having issues with maintenance as well as other housekeeping problems there is no reception / call number unless only for emergency purposes especially on weekends. Hence, I would have to take note of these in case of future stays.

Great value for an apartment. The position is very noisy so balcony door has to stay closed. The units are close to bus stop and local shops. Ideal for extended stays. Never saw anyone in reception over 2 weeks. Overall extremely good value and highly recommended for extended stays.

Perfect place to stay if you prefer self contained home away from home experience of accommodation. Apartments have so living much space, medium to huge size balconies and each have individual layouts and choices of decor which is cool. And there is consistently a great standard of cleaning as well. Some apartments do have minor cosmetic wear but that’s purely appearance because all appliances and fixtures have all still been in good working order for all my stays. Also Rebecca has always so polite and professional, she is a great asset to the aea brand.

Great place
I love this place. The staff are always friendly and reached out to us on our ETA. Had to arrange outside of office hours and was handled with no problem. The apartment was clean and comfortable.

The room smelt musky and was not very clean. The couch had lots of stains. The oven had no temperature makings and couldn't tell which setting it was on.

Old facility, not in the best condition. Furniture quite used, place not very presentable. Car park extremely small, paid for parking and car only just fit in to car park, no measurements or height requirements were given. More information and pictures required to find after hours access and entry. Desperate need of a renovation

Management are constantly making improvements for the comfort of our valued guests. Detailed after hours information is also provided to guests if required. This was Mardi Gra weekend , one week stay and I couldn't have been happier with the service. Lovely hotel/apartment very clean and modern rooms and amenities, under cover parking and great, friendly service. From such a lovely manager Rebecca. One of the nicest person I’ve ever met. Friendly housekeeping. Always smiling. Close to Sydney Airport ( DomesticTerminal) $12 Uber to International Terminal. Highly recommend Thanks again Bec your help with my car parking and the swipe card. Much appreciated. 👍

Good location and good view. The service apartment is a bit old but basic cooking wares are provided. With the cheaper rate, can't expect too much. Cleaners are very helpful.

Unfortunately we can’t give this property a ten...it was overall quite grubby & worn...the tiled floors looked like they hadn’t been mopped in weeks & the bottom of our feet were black in no time...blockout curtains were missing or what was left were torn & useless....Uncomfortable & stained Lounge suite & the kitchen needed a good clean & there were next to no decent cooking items. The bathroom also needed sprucing up. At least the two bedrooms were spacious & reasonably clean. It was within walking distance to shops & restaurants which was handy. Overall we wont be staying there again.

The management of this properly was very disappointing. I was asked to submit many things more than once, I was locked out of the building and it took nearly 6hrs to have someone entrance tk the building again. The front desk manager was extremely rude and confrontational with me several times. Just very unprofessional and disrespectful management staff.

Unfortunately we were only unable to provide you with an apartment on a certain level however had been able to accommodate all other requests We are aware that you were locked out due to not checking out on your departure date. Management again had resolved this issue with you with in an hour. As you could understand reception was not open due to being a public holiday however we had still responded accordingly and you were able to stay an additional night Thank you for you staying and we appreciate your feedback

The apartment was spacious and clean, with a full refrigerator/freezer and washing machine. Major drawback was the risk of triggering a fire alarm by taking a hot shower. On one day we had no hot water at all. The other days we were overly cautious about showers as well as any hint of overdone edges on the bread we were toasting. Generally a good place to stay for the price.

I found the car park space were a little small, as we had a Kluger and the car spaces were a little tight. Otherwise everything was great.

Wifi never work entire time after complained twice. Promised check in on Sat was fine but changed last hour.

The property is showing signs of wear and tear combined with minimal maintenance. It is not yet sub standard but it will reach that standard if present approach continues. Price was OK. Garage is closer to being a stable--the floor is gritty underfoot from sand etc carried in but rarely removed by a clean up. Its location is good and if the whole place was given a much needed rejuvenation it would be good.

Massive area for a studio unit. Huge kitchen/dining/lounge area leading to balcony. Bed/Bathroom located at rear of unit to keep away from the noise of Traffic and Planes.

We had an ossue with bed bugs/fleas in our room. All the kitchen cutlery was dirty, especially the kettle. The aircon unit was extremely loud and often prevented us from sleeping, as there were no windows to the unit. We had no choice but to use it for ventilation. No exhaust fan in the bathroom. No parking for vehicles over 1.8m except the handful of spaces outside. We had no idea until we arrived and struggled to find a park as were in a 2.2m 4wd.
