Please make sure to collect the key before the shop closes, as check-in will not be possible afterwards.

Health, safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance. A thorough professional cleaning is conducted after each check-out to ensure a clean and comfortable environment.

This is a peaceful residential area. Strictly no parties, gatherings, or loud activities. A $2000 penalty applies for violations.

★ NO SMOKING INDOORS ★
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house. If needed, please step outside and dispose of waste responsibly.

★ QUIET HOURS: 10PM – 8AM ★
Please be respectful of neighbors and avoid loud noise during these hours.

★ LINEN POLICY ★
Linen and towels are provided based on the number of guests in your booking. Extra sets are available at $30 per set if requested at least 24 hours before check-in.

We appreciate it if you leave the home tidy. Basic cleaning supplies are provided for your convenience during your stay.
