really great place

Thank you Debbie and Ross.We had a great stay at your place. So convenient to get to the City,to go shopping,hiking along the beach and most of all so close to our son's home. We'll definitely come back

North Beach gem

Lovely private place on a quiet street, walkable distance to McDonald's, 2 beautiful beaches and excellent bus transportation to the city! Debbie was very helpful in providing the details for getting around the area. Much appreciated!

Fantastic accommodation

Immaculate accommodation was exactly as described and very comfortable for our two weeks stay here. It is a great base for exploring the northern beaches and beyond. Great transport links to wherever you need to go. The hosts were very welcoming and made us feel at home. We did not want to go home !! Can fully recommend your stay here in Warriewood with no hesitation.

Perfect place for me to Stay

I used live in the area, so having a place that felt like home and not a hotel room was great. It was in a great location for me to go do the things I needed to do and to meet up with my friends in the area. The place is quiet and very clean. The hosts were very accomodating and friendly. If I was to offer one suggestion - it would be to put a plush bed topper on the bed, as I found it harder than what I was used to sleeping on (and I always travel with my own pillow, so can't commit on them) Apart from that, there is everything you need for your stay. There is even milk in the fridge, coffee, tea and some cereal to get you started on your day. Thank You Debbie & Ross, if the dates align, I'll be back

I’d give a 12 if the ratings went to eleven. Really a nice place. Super attentive owners. Location is perfect for surfers, beach walkers, swimmers, nature lovers, or whatever. Bus line is short walk. Parking space for rent a car is very nice. Only “beware” is that the birds make loud noises in Australia and it’s perfect weather for open windows. If you don’t like birds chirping, just shut the windows. Nice kitchen. Nice sitting area. Clean and modern. Great stay. Thanks Debbie and Ross.

Wonderful hosts & beautiful flat

The hosts are really lovely, helpful and kind. The granny flat is clean, pretty and has everything you’d need or want. I felt very comfortable, safe and at ease in the space and location. Highly recommend this location. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Perfect!

The accommodations were exactly as shown: open, light, airy, with a TV/sitting area, very functional kitchen, bedroom with a comfortable bed and roomy closet, bathroom with shower and washing machine, lines for drying clothes outside and a rack for outside/inside drying. It's a 20-minute walk to Warriewood Square where we could purchase groceries and anything else we needed. This accommodation served all our needs exceptionally well. Our hosts could not have been more kind and helpful.

Enjoyable stay

We loved our 4 weeks staying at Warriewood- everything was provided and a very convenient location to B1, beach, walks, movies and Warriewood Square within walking distance. It is a very comfortable apartment and will certainly return on our next visit. Many thanks to our hosts Debbie & Ross

Great location

I was staying on my own but it was convenient for my family to visit. A short walk to the beach and coastal walks a bonus. Parking good around the beach too

Great place for a long stay

We stayed for almost a month so we could be close to our children and grandchildren in Avalon. The property was very comfortable and had all of the comforts of home. Ross and Debbie were welcoming hosts and provided changes of linen and towels when required. They always respected our privacy.

Quiet and well equipped

Ross and Debbie are great hosts, really easy to communicate with and very helpful. The apartment is really well equipped, it has everything you can need and very comfortable. It is in a very quiet area, 5 min walk to beautiful Warriewood beach and close to grocery shops. We would very much recommend it for either a short or long stay, we had a very good time there.

An absolute gem!

Enjoyed our stay in Lakeview very much.  Property is well equipped, bright, modern and very comfortable. It is ideally located with easy access to the beaches, cafes, shops and public transport. Debbie and Ross were friendly and helpful hosts and not at all intrusive. Onsite parking was great!  An absolute gem, definitely recommend.

Home sweet home!

My wife and I spent 10 days in April at Debbie and Ross’s . Had a very relaxing stay with all amenities the guest house was a home away from home with us was very quiet and services beaches neighbour hood where all to relaxing groceries where close by and felt very safe ! Debbie and Ross and very beautiful people that take very good care of everything and u to added touches like a bottle of wine and little things for breakfast in morning ! They are fantastic hosts and we are definitely staying there the next time in area ! Ty Debbie and Ross

Beautiful house in a quiet location

"We stayed in "Lakeview" for 3 weeks in November. It was our first visit to Australia and we really liked it. The house is relatively new and nicely decorated. It was clean. The bed was comfortable. We could sleep wonderfully, since it was quiet in the neighborhood and you did not hear any street noise (even with the window open). The location of the house is ideal. 5 minutes drive away is a shopping center with supermarkets (Aldi, Cooles). A 10-minute walk away is Warriewood Beach with a few restaurants. The bus stop of the B1 bus is 15 minutes away. The bus leaves in 50 minutes for 5 AUD directly to Sydney. From there are 10 minutes walk to the port. A car is required if you want to spend longer time in the house. We have made many beautiful tours to the surrounding national parks, including the "Blue Montains". You should definitely go there (but it takes about 2.5 hours each way, because you often get stuck in a traffic jam). If you want to see small kangaroos and cockatoos in the wild, you should take the ferry from Palm Beach to Basin in the National Park. The beaches north and south of Sydney are all beautiful, but the waves are usually very high. The water temperature was 20 degrees. The landlords Debbie and Ross are very friendly and helpful. It was a completely successful holiday for us!'
