    Featuring a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and gas cooktop, open-plan living area, internal laundry with washing machine and dryer, and amenities such as high-speed NBN Wi-Fi and a Smart TV, everything you need is at your fingertips.



    Ideally located in Redfern with easy access to cafes, restaurants, public transport, and just minutes from the CBD—relax, settle in, and make the most of Sydney's dynamic lifestyle. Perfect for families or friends looking to enjoy the ultimate city escape.



    The kitchen is fully equipped with a built-in dishwasher, gas cooktop, oven, full size fridge/freezer, to suit all your culinary needs. The open-plan kitchen, dining and living space is bathed in natural light, offering a relaxing space to unwind with dining table for 6, large sofa, SMART TV and reverse cycle air conditioning.



    We also have a dedicated workspace featuring an ergonomic chair and high chairs around the kitchen island, perfect for socialising with friends and family. Step out onto the wrap-around balcony with outdoor dining for 8 as well as comfy outdoor sofa surrounded by raised garden beds where you can take in city views and enjoy the breeze in your own private urban oasis. We have no doubt that you will enjoy your stay at the apartment—it has what you need for a few days or a longer stay.

    • Main Bedroom: Queen Bed with large, mirrored wardrobe and balcony with table and 2 chairs with air conditioning

    Home Truths:

    - The property is split level with the bedrooms, bathroom and laundry on the ground level as you enter, the living space is on Level 1.

    - The property is on Level 2 of a small complex, take the stairs up from the ground level

    - Being an inner city property the street and surrounding streets are narrow and if you have a large vehicle it may be a tight squeeze

    - The property has everything you need to enjoy a short or long stay. We can offer regular cleaning at an additional fee which can be arranged with 48 hours minimum notice.

    - We are happy to do what's needed for your stay and below in other things to note you will find a lot more detail.

    - There is a Minut home sensor in the living area, this reacts if sound levels exceed a certain threshold for too long and sends us a notification if the alarms are touched. This device does not record
