While I wish you had a better experience, it is feedback like this that we learn from and use to improve. Having all the choices of restaurants, cafes and services attached to our hotel, sadly can come at a cost of sharing essential services, such as the emergency system. Incidents can happen and we are apologetic that they have inconvenienced and disrupted your stay with us. We take this feedback to our Building Manager, as they continually develops more training and development with all teams that share our building, and we hope that you may give us an opportunity to make it up to you in future stays with us.
