Buena ubicacion y buen servicio
El hotel esta muy bien ubicado en un suburbio muy agradable y con fácil acceso al centro de Sydney (tren y bus). A 400 metros de un shopping y en un área donde había muchos restaurantes. El departamento era agradable. Sus camas eran razonablemente cómodas. Solo no estuvimos conforme con la limpieza. El 1 de Enero no tuvimos servicio de limpieza (y es lógico porque en Sydney estaba todo cerrado) pero el 2 de Enero si bien encontramos las camas hechas, el baño no fue limpiado adecuadamente.

Being New Years' Day, we thought that it might be nice for families to spend the day with as little interruption as possible so we did not roster any housekeeping. We can also see you were scheduled for a light service the next day, which means that housekeeping will only change your towels and rubbish and make the bed. Next time you stay, please don't hesitate to see our friendly reception staff and we can make sure that any requests are passed on to housekeeping. We look forward to welcoming you again next time you are in Sydney.

En general bien, solamente pienso que el hotel fue rebasado por la demanda y en ocasiones no llevaban a cabo la limpieza de forma completa.

部屋は綺麗ですし天井も高く広かったです。コンドミニアムでしたが、設備も良く部屋にはネスプレッソマシーンも設備してありました。残念だったのはシャワーの水量が少ない上に、水回りの設備と言うか設計自体がとても使いづらい環境でした。シャワーヘッドの位置は高すぎるし真ん中からは水が出ない。しかもシャワーのドアがないお洒落なタイプなのですが、シャワーの水がほぼ洗面所へ流れ出し洗面所は水びたしなのでトイレに入る事も出来ない。加えて洗面台を使用するとそこからも水が漏れており、とにかくバスルームが水びたしになりました。シャワーを浴びる度に使用済みバスタオルで水を拭き取る作業をしなければならないのが残念でした。受付のスタッフの皆さんはとても笑顔で対応が素晴らしかったです

I stay at Silkari frequently for work and love it. It's easily accessible, clean, safe and comfortable. The staff are always fantastic and I love the complementary coffee in the mornings. This was my first time with a car, and the parking process was smooth and easy. My only issue is I wish the rooms had smart TV's to be able to watch things like Netflix while travelling, but otherwise, I can't fault Silkari!

My stay was fine and comfortable.But the air conditioning was too cold, so I wore long sleeves even though it was summer. The water volume in the showers seemed low. I think there is a difference between Japan and this area.

We stayed here because it’s close (5 min walk) to The Concourse Theatre where we’re watching a musical. It’s situated in the Chatswood CBD, plenty of dining options around the area and walking distance to Westfields, Chase and the train station. The rooms are spacious and with good facilities and amenities.

Overall experience not lived up to expectations
I have booked an accessible studio room and was told on the day of check-in that the room can't accommodate two single beds despite the option was available when I made the booking. The staff however was helpful and took the time to show me both the accessible and standard studio rooms (which can fit 2 single beds) and allowed me to pick the one I preferred. Check in process was smooth. The serviced apartment offers complimentary coffee in the morning. Although there was a note that said banana bread was available free of charge, they didn't have it during my stay (the note could have been removed easily but they left it there regardless). Most serviced apartments I stayed before provide milk or milk pods for tea and coffee in the room, but this one doesn't. In terms of wifi, no password was required for guests login. Some applications in my work laptop refused to launch since it was connected to an open network. We would have used the wifi more extensively if it was a more secured connection.

洗手間淋浴不是乾濕分隔，部份地版稍斜向外，洗澡後整個地面連馬桶周邊都是水，非常濕滑，多次幾乎跌倒，幸好是傷殘廁設計，有扶手可抓，才幸免受傷。要改善。
