Family gathering

We really enjoyed the absolute description. Short walk to ocean baths, great dining and clifftop walks. Wow - what a location!

A fantastic cosy apartment with an incredible view - and direct access to the beach! The apartment was very well equipped with everything you need and more. Just a few steps from the surf club, which had a great surf side cafe for breakfast, and a very good restaurant upstairs, also with amazing views. Sea breeze is a great little find for a beachside getaway so close to Sydney.

Excellent

The apartment was amazing, so clean, stunning views of the ocean and Mona Vale beach. Close to the B Line buses into the city and Palm Beach, close to supermarkets and a 4 min walk to a beach front cafe for breakfast etc and upstairs a nice restaurant. We would definitely stay again. Our host Madeline was very helpful and easy to contact. Thank you so much. 10/10!

Absolute paradise

10/10 does not do this place justice… more like 20/10! From the initial conversation with Madeline to checking in… was seamless. It’s such a nice break from the hustle and bustle of Sydney. Madeline is an amazing host! The wine and Tim Tams were such a nice touch. Do not hesitate to book this place.

I can’t say enough about how helpful Madeline was, nor how special this place was for us. The view is incredible, the space comfortable and inviting, with lots of little touches that speak to an owner intuiting everything a visitor might need. We could have happily spent a week or more there, and in retrospect now, it was our favorite place of the trip. Many thanks Madeline!

So close you can touch the water

The property is beautiful - the homey touches from the host, the view from the living area and balcony, the whales meandering past and falling asleep to the sound of the surf - just a delight. All as advertised. Wonderfully central. Private beach access. Incredible view. Private and quiet. Beautifully set up for all you may need. Generous and communicative host. Definitely worth a visit. Perfect short stay

Beautifully presented apartment, situated on beachfront with expansive views. Immaculately clean and well appointed. Comfortable beds. Short stroll to cafes. Although it is not air-conditioned there a number of fans available. Highly recommend this property.

Amazing for our family holiday!

Seabreeze is such a perfect and unique property ideally located opposite such a beautiful beach and area. So much so we didnt want to leave at the end of our holiday. The attention to detail and superb decoration / fit out is a true stand out. Our family just loved staying here and Madeline was just the perfect host who was super friendly, flexible and helpful. Absolute beachfront apartment in a sleepy locale

The apartment is exactly as pictured/described, with stunning views over the beach. The apartment was spacious, immaculately presented and had a pantry full of everyday items that we could use. The host even left a box of ice creams for us in the freezer - such a lovely touch! The host was very responsive and you can tell that they take great pride in making their guests feel confortable. There was only one disappointment - the onsite parking in a private garage is so narrow that you'd struggle to fit your car in. I tried twice and gave up, and resorted to parking on the street. We always lucked out with a park not too far away, but still a disappointment given off street parking is advertised. Happily recommend this apartment if you're after a laid back place to kick back and enjoy Sydney's northern beaches.

Beautiful apartment and location

Absolutely loved this apartment, great location, great apartment. Little welcome touches on arrival from the hosts, made it that bit more special. Everything you could want is in the apartment. Only thing i would do differently is to take an extension cable, as plug sockets were limited. Otherwise absolutely loved our stay. Thank you Madeline

Näher am Pazifik geht nicht

Gerade wenn man im Winter nicht den ganzen Tag am Strand verbringt ist diese Wohnung optimal. Komplett modern eingerichtet, sogar mit einer Grundausstattung an Gewürzen, Öl etc. in der Küche ist man hier wie zu Hause. Dank des guten ÖPNV kommt man auch bequem in die City. Der direkte Zugang zum Strand kann einfacher nicht sein und für das Meeresrauschen kauft man sonst extra eine CD...

Great view, great apartment

This was our second time here, and it was just as good as the first time. The place is kept to the highest standard. There are lots of incidental items that make the holiday stress free. The check in process is so easy, the owners are so easy to deal with. They always reply promptly. Cannot find fault with this property or the owner. Will be back

Oasis on the Beach

We had a wonderful 8 night stay at this property and would stay again if the opportunity arises. We arrived at night and could hear the waves and see the beach but awoke to a breathtaking view of the bay. The condo is equipped with everything you need to cook, clean, and play at the beach. The laundry in the garage is very well set up and is an added bonus for longer stays. The space is perfect for a family of four! We did access the bus line a couple of times to go into the city and catch a ferry. This was very straightforward and easy to do. We also walked to get a few groceries and meander the shops close by. There is a also a great little coffee shop the next beach over that we visited a couple mornings on our daily beach walks. Madeline was also wonderful in welcoming us ahead of time through email communication and was available if anything came up (nothing did). A wonderful host. Highly recommend this property. The view is even better in person:)

Absolutely AMAZING in every way!!!

This apartment is incredible. The view of the ocean was THE BEST I have ever had. It was beautifully furnished, impeccably clean and so comfortable. Well located on the Northern Beaches, but so quiet and peaceful. If that was not good enough, Madeline went to great lengths to ensure our stay was perfect. Her communication was quick and helpful, and she very kindly arranged special treats for the birthday girl. I am immensely impressed with this property and will definitely be going back!

Everything good so can recommend. Only not so good things, no windows in bedrooms only doors? Which made it hard to get fresh air while sleeping. No air con and off street parking terrible if you return to unit after 6pm.
