There was NO INTERNET at the property for the entire 1 week duration of my stay. I wasted multiple hours on the phone with MadeComfy who apologised profusely yet could not do anything. On the 5th day I was told the owner did not pay the internet bill and I would not have wifi at all. They, after multiple calls and emails, offered a refund of $35 - not even enough to cover the data I had to add to my phone to tether and work. Other people in the building also had wifi issues (same owner) but theirs was fixed.
The property was also not particularly clean, with toast crumbs all over the counter, water under the coffee machine and bathroom trash can, steaks on any shiny surface, and one hand towel for a whole week.
Shame, as the location is great and the property could be good, but the owner simply doesn't care and the management can't actually achieve anything. As a side note, if there's no one checking out on the day you check in, they will allow you to do so early - but will charge you $50 for the privilege of entering, with no extra exertion on their end.
