While the apartment is in a great location, it definitely does not match the listing.
First of all, there were two bedrooms listed when there is only one. The oven, grill, air conditioning and intercom did not work. The mattress and mattress protector were covered in stains and the listing also states there is a smart TV and Netflix in the apartment - another complete fabrication.
During the first 4 days of my stay the smoke alarm beeped incessantly, making it near impossible to sleep, so much so that I had to pay for alternative accommodation. It took 5 days for the company to send someone out, and when they did show up, their solution was to remove the smoke alarm altogether, meaning the apartment had no smoke detection for the majority of the stay.
Trying to get any help or assistance was like pulling teeth. You call or email and just get told the issue is being 'escalated'. I was told they were looking to move me to a different apartment and would look to provide compensation for all issues I encountered, but it's been weeks and I'm still waiting for a response.
As mentioned at the start of the review, the apartment is in a great location, but it's not worth all the hassle that comes with it. If you need to be in the area, perhaps try the Cinema Suites down the road, it's slightly more expensive but the apartments are new, clean, the appliances work and the staff are responsive and helpful, unlike the team that 'manages' this place!
