hotel de transito, habitacion espaciosa pero le falta mucho mantenimiento en general, limpio pero no tiene wifi cosa increible estando en el siglo 21.

The motel is above a gaming venue, with an addition of the motel. People were smoking on the steps to the motel, and the smoke travelled inside giving a very musty smell. The property was very clean however the building itself is old and there was a hole in the roof. There is timed internet, with the tv only has free to air Chanel. We booked in around 3 and at 10:00pm, I received a call from the motel staff asking if we were still wanting our booking. She very quickly apologized for the confusion, after blaming other staff for not complete if to booking properly.

The aircon was not working properly. Cutlery was insufficient. Walls moist with water seeping from next room shower. Paint peeling off. 1 dim light was insufficient for the room. On a positive note, the location is very good. Quite central. Shops nearby. Lot of free parking. Quiet as there is a lot of free space and far from main road.

Other guests on the night we stayed were terribly noisy, otherwise it’s not to bad was a good place to stay. There’s a good restaurant there if you want to dine there, a bar as well and it’s quite nice inside

The facilities and amenities were good, but the room cleanliness was sub-par, as the sheets had holes in them, and there was hair on the bedspreads and pillows. Room wasn't changed beforehand or at all during my stay. Overall, stay was fine but could be improved.

The bathroom door had not latch or lock. There were metal spikes poking out of the wall. The flyscreen was torn and broken, the airconditioning had no be cleaned in years, the fire sensor on the ceiling was handing by its cord, the carpet didn't fit the room, the complementary coffee (was so old it was hard in the packet) The noise from other guests kept us awake until midnight. The club and accommidation buildings were rundown and desparately in need of repair. We only stayed one night out of the 4 booked, and found better accommidation one suburb away.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Food was good in the bar, although the airconditioning was not working well at all, so quite stuffy. Rooms were in a very poor state. Furniture, fixtures and mattresses all needs to be replaced. Air-conditioning also stopped working on the 2nd night. Lack of maintenance really stood out. Honestly, they would have a great hotel if they spent about 10k on each of the rooms and fixed the aircon in the bar area.

We booked this accomodation 4 months in advance. After 11 hours in the car with our 4yo reception told us that our booking was not in their system. They did try to find us somewhere else to stay at their other locations but they were all full. We were sent on our way with the promise of a refund, free bottled water as compensation and nowhere to stay at 6pm

Not recommended
I travel a lot for my work and stayed at some dodgy places but this place topped my list. The bed was uncomfortable, people were smoking outside the room which came into my room and there was some kind of human excrement on the wall. There is a reason it is so cheep.

Unfortunately myself and two friends ended up leaving a night early due to us feeling unsafe here. The rooms are right next to the door which is used as an entrance and exit to the casino which doesn’t shut until 6am! and at 4:30am I was woken up by screaming, shouting things being thrown around, threats and fighting outside my door. Security seemed to do nothing about it and after and hour of this I phoned reception to see if they had called the police and apparently they had no clue what was going on! Just ridiculous and lost out on money due to us feeling unsafe here.

There was nothing to like the Doona had no cover no hand towels or washers the pillows were thin as and only 1 per person and woken in the morning by the noisy cleaners.

Avoid the Place.
Dont stay there. I got no sleep. The place is a glorified pub and pokies, with drunks and loud TV for Rugby and Horse races. By 10pm I had enough went to bar spoke to manager, nothing can be done. Went down at midnight, 2am, 3 am demanding refund as it was impossible to sleep with loud Music and loud drunks. They said no . 5am packed my bag went down the place was locked but they had the large flat screen TV,S running with full volume Rugby replays. I packed my bag and left at 5.30am. The whole place is a disgrace but will admit the staff were nice and apologetic but couldn't do a thing. Its a Pokies venue and Bar with Juke box . Also has large monitor TVS for betting sports all loud, running whole time. So you have been warned avoid the place.

Very bad experience, they haven’t had hot water, I booked for 4 days, but I cancel because I haven’t get hot water for 2 days, and the room was not clean. Staff are rude.

Check in was ok. Room was very out-dated and run down. Mattresses were lumpy and saggy. Brick walls and floor appeared dirty. Credenza and night stand matched, but were very worn. Sink in bathroom was cracked. Weird flimsy hanging rack was an eyesore. The whole place smelled kind of weird. Chain lock on door was broken. With the loud fighting noise at night, didn't feel safe. Won't stay there again.

This place is good for a quick night or two. The check-in process is almost non-existent and you will need to wait if you come in early. The rooms are not all that great but it is a motel not a fancy hotel. The beds and pillows on the other hand were quite comfortable. The positives here is this place is in the suburbs so it's quiet it has a restaurant it has a casino and it has a bar. So what else could you want.

For the price you pay it's great. It's obviously a bit old and the road to the hotel is busy but for under $100 in Sydney that's all fine. Nice rsl attached as well if you're into that

Small room, not disability friendly, given room with lots of stairs to get to it. Fine for sleep only, bathroom set up ridiculous.furniture was old and falling apart.

The facilities were well below standard, basic at best. No microwave or toaster provided. No door in shower everything got wet. The heater in the room did not work. The bed was uncomfortable and spent every night trying to not roll into my partner. Very noisy during the night with doors slamming at all hours. No chairs or table provided, Stairs the only way to the rooms, steps seemed unsafe as very narrow and no rail on top landing to grab hold of. All in all the worst motel rooms that I have stayed at in over 50 years of travelling would not recommend to anyone.

Das Zimmer war schmutzig und die Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht. Die Fenster halten kein Lärm zurück. Schlafen nur mit Ohrstöpseln möglich.
