It did nor have a record of my last minute booking. So too for another guest booking in at the same time. Receptionist was rude and unhelpful. Made me wait half an hour only to say no room was available. No offer to assist finding alternative accommodation. I don’t expect five star service at The Ranch but a little human decency would have been appreciated.

Accommodation was exactly what we needed. We were greeted by Shane to check us in and his service was outstanding. Should be more of it. Great place to stay

I liked it was close to a shopping centre and there was a restaurant and bar attached. The room was clean and very comfortable. The bathroom was spacious and I loved the shower, with the big showerhead. The staff were very helpful and pleasant.

Very clean. Bed was very comfortable and pillows were great. Staff were friendly and checking in online was quick and easy.

Found a used condom in my room which also had cockroaches in it and a rather large urine stain in front of the toiler -. The car park was also full of rubbish. and there were no staff to discuss any of this with. i stay in alot of hotels and have never ever complained before but the used condom totally grossed me out so I will never stay here again.

The staff were lovely but the whole place needs a major overhaul as far as the accommodation is concerned the walls are paper thin people coming and going all nite crashing doors not good when u need a good sleep after a busy day. Comfy beds but shower dirty.

Why stay elsewhere?
Clean, large room. Sanitizer and wipes in the room. Great Shower with waterfall shower head, modern bathroom. Good room rate, good food and drinks in the hotel, close to Macquarie Shops and the Metro.

I was honestly surprised with room size to ease of parking to helpfulness by all. A great feed as well. Such a well priced enjoyable stay. You think of a pub environment on a Thurs night could be rowdy. Never heard a thing from my room after retiring to bed.

I likked my room. It was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly, efficient and went the extra mile helping me with my luggage (I have knee injury).

The room was comfortable and clean. Unfortunately the fire alarm went off about 11pm but no staff appeared to offer assistance. Other guests advised us that it was a false alarm. No breakfast is available at the hotel. The bistro is available for dinner. It was very crowded the night we were there with a 45 min wait for food delivery.

This property served it’s purpose for a wedding at Curzon Hall. It was close to the wedding venue, clean and comfortable.

Good size room, clean everything I needed except access to Wifi. Had a late check and the staff I spoke too and the night manager were helpful and extremely courteous. I will use this venue again.

Room was in good condition, on 1st floor, no lift and stairs steep for older guests. Arrived at 4.30 pm, no one at reception, waited 10 min. and finally phoned hotel and someone arrived a couple of min. later.
