Check in - only gained acces to the apartment at 18:30 due to the fact ther cleaners had locked the keys in the appartment and returned them to the Magiclock
Cleanliness - floor was filthy, used tissues and water bottles under the lounges, dead cockroaches in the beside table
Kitchen “a chefs dream” - very nice appliance, but nothing to cook with except 2 cheap thin pan set and a small pot, no oven ware. Dishes mismatched and dirty, lots of cutlery pity 50% are rusty, used coffee pods left with new pods, no kitchen gift as promised
Internet- No internet, guide on how to fix was adequate unfortunately it suggested we reset the NBN box should we have an issue, but their is no NBN box in the apartment only a wifi router.
TV - nice TV, but as there was not internet we couldn’t even watch free to air TV
Location - good (parking is an issues) thankfully as the location is good we were able to find some nice restaurants to eat given the lack of cooking utensils in the apartment (we had planned not to eat out but to treat each other with our favourite dishes - thanks for nothing)
So much more to say, but not enough space allowed - suffice to say we considered moving to hotel for the second night, but decided we had spent enough on what will go down as our worst weekend away together
I expect to be contact and compensated for this truely “not true to label” experience - does Stayz actually check on if the description matches the experience?
