Although the property is a bit dated the room was clean and comfortable. Ours faced the back street so there was no road noise. It's within walking distance of buses and the train station. There was an IGA and several takeaway/eat in dining options nearby. Overall a very pleasant stay and convenient to our needs. Only negative were the cooking smells coming through the aircon system.

Big rooms. Clean and tidy. Numbers on aircon temp dial worn, made it hard to see. Very good overall. Will stay again

Property is tired & needs some renovations done. Bath/shower hard to step into and no rails to hold onto. Lots of mould in shower & bathroom. Also, sink in bathroom did not empty properly, obviously the pipes are blocked. Fire Alarm went off and was advised by a renter that it happens all the time. Corridors smell like cigarette smoke and for someone who has allergies and asthma this was not helpful. Definitely, improvements needing to be made at this facility considering the per nightly rate.

Adequate but with problems
Arrived after their front desk was closed and the phone number that was listed on the outside of the building, for late check in, didn’t work. It wasn’t until someone from inside the hotel was leaving through the front door that we were able to get into the building and found a sign on the front desk with a different phone number that we were able to get checked in and a key for our room. The lock for our room door wasn’t working properly and we had to spend several minutes giggling the lock to get it to open. The front desk was only open between the hours of 830-530 and we were always gone during those hours so we were not able to report the difficulty with the lock. Other than that, the room was adequate for our needs but a bit dated.

Rooms are looking a bit tired and the furniture needs replacing, but the bed was comfortable. Bathrooms looking dated and need to be renovated, but clean and comfortable.

The room have goods in fridge and soiled towel from previous occupancy. Floor had cracked tiles. Bed was lovely and the common areas looked pleasant however, the occupancy rate must be low as no longer services breakfast and linen change is weekly. The property has a hint of former luxury and a pity it seems to be scraping by to keep operational. General cleanliness of property is good, just seems a bit abandoned with negligible staffing.

The hotel and studio room were clean and comfortable for our short stay. We found the basics for cooking in the kitchenette. The desk manager was kind and allowed us an early check in which was much appreciated after our long flight. Would definitely book here again. Excellent value for money.

Within easy walking distance of Pennant Hills train station, about an hour's train trip from Sydney Central station. Plenty of local shops and restaurants are within 2 blocks walking distance. The Nesuto staff are very friendly and accomodating.

The property is dated and need renovation. Could not read calibration on air con (so old) so was freezing. TV was so old - should be smart and was terrible quality viewing. Bathroom is very poor condition. I ordered 2xsingle beds for me (woman 65) and my son (25) travelling with me. I had checked with the property prior to arrival that we would have seperate beds, prior to arrival. My son chose to catch a train home to Lake Macquarie at 10:30 at night, after a 70th birthday rather than make me uncomfortable having to share a bed with his mother. I was very embarrassed. It was a very expensive few hours for me.

Lovely foyer, big and open. No extra charges for parking was great, no issues with finding a park underneath. Property is occupied by residents also and was nice and quiet. Excellent location easy to access. Bed was comfy with good quality linen, bathroom could do with updating but was super clean which is the main thing! Great for a quick stopover with my son for school sport.

The room was generous I liked the fact it offered a separate room to the lounge/ tv/ kitchenette area. Room was quiet away from the traffic and blinds offered privacy. The Foxtel remote control was a little worn from disinfectant which meant it was tricky to navigate the keys without the words on the buttons. New carpet and a repaint on the walls would make it impressive but given the circumstances it does what it should do offer time out for rest and recuperation during exhausting times passing a pandemic.

The night I stayed here was terrible. The washing machine didn't work (that was the only reason I opted for the 1-bedroom apartment). I have pictures to prove that the washing machine was neglected and mouldy. I was expected to lug all of my stuff to another level if I wanted a TV that worked. King Bed apparently just means to singles pushed together. No instructions explaining what number reception was, so I left a note at reception and staff didn't bother to call me in the morning. When I went down to speak to them again because of another issue, they just said to call Expedia??? I booked through Wotif, not Expedia. Terrible stay, and Nesuto took no responsibility for it! My condolences to anybody who stays here.

Thank you for your review. I apologise that you obviously did not enjoy your stay with us. We did offer you a room move to a similar room, You declined the offer. The washer dryer in the room I admit does take a long time to complete the cycle so I gave you some coins to use the communal washer and dryer which is a lot faster. Most of our reviews are positive and our guest are happy with their stay I'm sorry your stay was not up to our usual standards
