Friendly guests here. Nice kitchen and free coffee/tea, toast and cereal each morning. Check-in was very strange: since I arrived around 8pm, the front door was closed, apparently you are supposed to schedule a check-in time, but the hostel never contacted me to do so. Luckily someone was exiting, so I managed to get inside. Comfortable beds. The main thing I disliked was that the bathroom, kitchen, and bedrooms are all one different floors, so I was constantly going up and down stairs.

Hostel is very clean, rooms are cleaned every day, staff are very friendly and helpful. Only issue is that the kitchen is very small.

The room I stayed was just a mess, it was really smelly when I opened the door, and beds around were messy and stuffed with dirty clothes and stuff(it seems like those ppl have been living there for decades) One of the guys insisted to open the door so his gf can come in/out easily, therefore the room was noisy and bright all night long....I didn’t complain since I was just staying for a night, but pretty sure I will not go back again. Staff were friendly tho...

Schöne Dachterasse, sehr hilfsbereites Personal, Toiletten sind Ok, Zimmer sind auch ok, schöne große Schliessfächer, man konnte die Zimmerfenster nicht schließen und das Zimmer war direkt an der Hauptstaße, deswegen sehr laut

Les heures d'ouverture de la réception le matin est un peu tard (9h le weekend). Le personnel est très gentil et veut vraiment aider. N'est pas très pratique pour la mobilité, il y a toujours des escaliers à monter et descendre. Il y a énormément d'échos, ce qui fait que c'est toujours bruyant, dès que quelqu'un passe dans les escaliers ou les corridors. Petit déjeuner simple, mais efficace. Pour un très court séjour seulement.

夏だったのでかなり暑かったのですがエアコンがなかったのがつらかったです。天井でファンが回っていたのですが、僕の4泊のうち2日目に帰ってきたら壊れていて付けないでくださいと貼り紙がしてあり、それ以降暑い中で風もなく、つらかったです。

Friendly front desk staff. Handy location. This is a hostel/backpacker type of accommodation, so don't expect it to be spotless clean. They do clean the premise everyday. It also depends on the guests that are actually staying there on the day. YMMV. Complimentary continental breakfast too. I paid under 40$ a night, so value for money & can't really fault it.

スーパーにも歩いていけて、オペラハウスなど主要の観光地にも歩いていけます。ドライヤー完備です。その日のメンバーによってはお部屋が騒がしいときもあるかもしれません。スタッフのみなさんはとても親切でした。

very poor management
booked two beds, seconds apart and under the same name, have stayed here many times before. was put in separate rooms even though booking a week in advance when there were not many bookings there and manager was not willing to accept responsibility for their mistake. staff at checkin desk was apologetic and tried to fix it up but they were "booked out" apparently so not much could be done. after about an hour at the checkin desk and being told "no refunds" we did not want to stay but were left with little choice. would have been nice if the manager actually took the time to talk to us when they were on the phone to the checkin staff but it was obvious that they were not interested as they kept talking over the reception staff.

Zentral, sauber und freundlich
Zimmer sind in Ordnung und sauber. Service ist hilfsbereit und freundlich. Es sind genügend Duschen und Toiletten da, die auch funktionieren und sauber sind. Es gibt WLAN, eine tolle Dachterrasse (wenn es nicht regnet), einen TV Raum und eine etwas überfüllte Küche, in der aber alles da ist, was man braucht für's Kochen. Jeden Abend gibt es Aktivitäten auf der Terrasse oder im der Küche. Leider gibt es daneben keinen richtigen Gemeinschaftsraum. Ansonsten ist die Lage super für Spaziergänge in die City oder zum Hafen.

Très bon enplacement, vous pouvez presque tout visiter à pied. Petit dejeuner simple mais correct. De grands casiers dans la chambre, pratique pour mettre votre backpack! Le lit est confortable.. Un peu bruyant tard Le soir!
