    House Rules & Information

    No Smoking

    Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. A $500 AUD penalty will apply for any signs of smoking or tampering with the fire alarm system.



    No Parties

    Parties or events are not allowed. Excessive noise or gatherings will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of your security deposit.



    Quiet Hours

    Please respect our neighbors by keeping noise to a minimum between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.



    No Pets Allowed

    Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate pets in the apartment. Thank you for your understanding.



    Self-Check-In

    Your check-in will be via self-service. Access details and instructions will be provided the day before your arrival.



    Lost Keys / Access Devices

    A $300 fee applies for any lost keys or fobs. A $100 fee applies for lockout assistance (or you may contact a local locksmith).



    Damage Deposit

    A security deposit will be held in case of damage or loss. This will be refunded after check-out, subject to inspection.



    Family-Friendly Stay

    Families are welcome! While we do not provide baby cots, the apartment is well-suited for a comfortable family visit.



    Environmental Responsibility

    Please turn off air conditioning, lights, and appliances when leaving the apartment to help conserve energy.

    The use or possession of illegal substances, including any form of prostitution, is strictly prohibited.

    A $50 handling fee + postage applies if you request the return of any items left behind.



    Weekly Inspection

    For stays over 7 nights, a weekly inspection will be conducted by our property manager to maintain the apartment’s condition.



    Booking & Verification

    Guest Verification

    By confirming your reservation, you agree to complete our guest verification portal. This includes signing a Short-Term Rental Agreement, submitting a valid government-issued ID, and providing credit card details. A $500 hold will be placed 7 days before check-in as a refundable security deposit.
