After decades of proudly operating Kaiser Stub'n, a traditional German and Austrian restaurant where we had the privilege of celebrating life's special moments with generations of families, I have officially retired. While the restaurant chapter has come to a close, my passion for hospitality and exceptional cuisine remains as strong as ever.
During your stay, I invite you to enjoy a unique private dining experience, bringing a lifetime of culinary expertise directly to your table. As your host and chef, I bring over 46 years of culinary experience, including 31½ years as proprietor and chef of the renowned Kaiser Stub'n. Every dish is thoughtfully prepared using quality ingredients and refined techniques developed throughout a lifetime in professional kitchens.
