Hi I was not pleased with the property. Poor access and poor communication to owners. TV wouldn’t work for 3 days .

We have now updated the property instructions to include more detailed information on how to operate the television. We provided all the remote assistance that we could to aid with the lockbox issues that you faced but we are sorry to hear that you experienced so many troubles during your stay. Perfect for our needs as it was close to our family who also live on Maroubra Road. Walking distance to good food locations and 2 shopping centres. Very happy with the parking - easy access and remote from the street.

The bed is uncomfortable, its extra bed using as permanent bed. You cant lean back dan bed is unstable. Refrigerator was smelly, finally we dont use. Dusty floor and nothing in bathroom except towell. The goid things is apartment close to Eastgarden

We have taken action to ensure that the bathroom will be fully stocked in future and that the fridge is highlighted as an area to focus on during cleans. The bed is a pull down bed that stays down. We have had many long term guests stay with us and have had no previous issues with it, but we will certainly look into it and ensure that the bed is still of sufficient quality. Best wishes
