    This charming, cute beachside bolthole is seconds from the beach. With spacious accommodation for 2 guests, this is a perfect location for a Bondi Beach break when you want somewhere spacious to unwind at the end of each busy day. Please read the full listing below before booking to ensure you have all the important information to give you the best possible stay. Guests should note the information provided about potential noise from construction in the area.



    The Space:

    Set in an older building, this apartment has some beautiful historic features throughout such as ornate plaster ceilings and beautiful wooden floors.



    Larger than average for 1 bedroom apartments in the area, guests will have plenty of space to relax and unwind. The bedroom has a comfortable queen bed with all bedding supplied.



    This apartment has everything a holiday visitor may need such as a fully-equipped kitchen, wifi, all bedding and towels for example, and we try hard to keep it in a condition we would expect when renting a holiday apartment ourselves. There is a washing machine in the apartment and additionally coin-operated washing machines and dryers in the communal laundry at the rear of the property.



    There is no parking with the apartment and all street parking in the area is time restricted to 1 or 2 hours before having to move your car during weekday working hours so we STRONGLY recommend guests do not come with cars. Parking spaces by the day may be available to rent in the area and for guests that must have a car we recommend checking parking rental websites such as Parkhound.



    This property is managed by Holiday Rentals Australia, a professional and licenced dedicated holiday rental agency. By choosing to book with professionals, you can be assured your stay is in the best possible hands.



    Guest Access:

    The building is situated in a prime position immediately over the road from the beach. Shops, cafes and restaurants are either immediately outside the apartment or a very short walk away. Bus stops are nearby and we recommend using the NSW Trip Planner app to give you all the travel information you need to get around.



    The Neighborhood:

    Lazy summer days seem to last all year at North Bondi.



    Ben Buckler Point is the star attraction, with its expansive views down the coastline towards Maroubra. As impressive as the views and the houses are, the kids prefer a much more grounded outlook at Biddigal Reserve which has barbeque facilities on the grassy knoll and Wally Weekes Pool ocean pool.



    Predominately a residential area bounded by golf courses that claim prime real estate and rugged coastline, North Bondi is about living in the great outdoors. Bondi Beach is a short stroll away with its enviable beach culture and a line-up of cafés, restaurants and bars. For those who prefer to stay closer to home, North Bondi has its own intimate bar and dining scene.



    With neighbours like Bondi Junction and Rose Bay, locals have easy access to shopping centres that cater to the well-heeled and the surfie culture.

    Drawing on the best of its neighbours, North Bondi is the epitome of urban coastal living.



    Getting Around:

    Bondi relies on buses for easy access to the large shopping centres in Bondi Junction where you will also find the nearest train station for access to further-afield parts of the city.



    Other Things to Note:

    Please note this is strictly a no smoking apartment. From street level guests must climb a few stairs to the apartment.



    We need to make prospective guests aware there may be construction work happening at the site next door during the next 12-18 months from February 2026. Normal building work is allowed to take place between 7am-5pm Monday to Friday and lighter works only 8am to 3pm on Saturdays. Noise can be expected during this time. Prices have already been adjusted down to take into account any likely inconvenience for guests.



    All the apartments we manage come with a welcome letter and property information so you know how everything works to ensure you can get the most out of your stay. There is also a local map with some highlights such as the local supermarket, bus stops and train station plus maps of Sydney for those not familiar with the area. All bedding and towels (note one bath towel per person) are included along with beginner basics such as tea, coffee, sugar, milk, shampoo, bodywash and toilet paper to get you through the first few days.



    Prior to arrival, we ask all guests to quickly fill in some contact information and tell them a little bit more about how we hope they'll look after the apartment. As we continue to improve the property over time the furniture and furnishings may change from those shown in the photos.



    Interaction with Guests:

    As a professional holiday rental agency, we are available to answer any questions or help with any problems that crop up. Unlike part-time casual owner-managers we do this for a living professionally, it is our core focus, we hold professional licences to do this and we are ALWAYS just a message away if you need us. You won't be left high and dry with us!
