Highly recommend you not stay at this property and definitely do not book anything through this less than reputable owner/management team. They mislead you with images of items that do not work and hide behind omitting it from the listed items. For example, the washer/dryer in the pictures is broken. So they list a dryer, because why would you want a dryer if you can't do the washing?? They have it in their welcome pack but there is only a broken washer/dryer completely unusable.There is no a/c, its a super narrow property and the tipping point for me, and the final reason why I didn't actually stay at the property, was the garage. I asked prior whether there was a lock up garage, they said yes before I booked with them, no mention of how tiny it was. I tried to park an suv mid size car in it but it has a pile of items/furniture stacked up at the front and it's impossible to fit the car in. They argued back that I could park on the street and refused to remove the pile of items. They wouldn't let me cancel even with the range of issues and the fact that the garage was a big reason why I chose that property. I had to book alternative accomodation on top of this and asked at least for a refund of the cleaning fee, seeing as I hadn't stayed there but I got no response.
