La propiedad a pesar de ser una propiedad de mucho años de encuentra en muy buena condición pero lo mejor de todo sin duda es el trato del personal q te hacen sentir como un gran grupo de amigos sin contar de la cocina q es una de las mejores q e probado desde mi llegada a Australia..q tan bueno será q el próximo viernes voy de regreso jajaja muy recomendado 👍

Everyone was very helpful and courteous. There was an aweful smell in the corridor o the top floor - I dont know if it was old plumbing, carpet was soiled orgeneral collection of human odours. During the day cigarette smell came into the dining and accomm areas.

Staff were very helpful and welcoming. The place is very clean and beds super comfortable. Nice meals in the bistro. Would definitely stay again.

This was great. Much better than expected. We had low expectations due to it being a pub and I was happily suprised. I would stay here again.

Great place for the price, lovely building in a convenient suburb. Parking at the rear and felt safe and family friendly (although it is a pub downstairs).

I really did enjoy the older style..very clean and loved all the different areas where we could go . Loved the herritage feel and a beautiful balcony we could enjoy a few drinks on our floor. The only let down was the stairs if your on top foor, over all no fault for an older hotel.

Excellent stay
Check in was excellent, and staff very accomodating. Rooms are well presented, amazing old heritage style accomodation, with high ceilings and intruiging features. Would definitely stay here again in the future.

The staff were friendly and helpful room was pokie but bed and pillows were comfortable the food & drinks was decent but a little pricey it's a very old establishment but well looked after all in all we enjoyed our stay thank you

The staff were very friendly and approachable. The room however was not what we were expecting from photos. It looked a lot like a hostel when we expected a hotel. We also must have misread that there was a bathroom as there was only a shared bathroom. The bathroom on our floor was a bit unappealing but the one on the floor above was very nice. Overall not what we were expecting but at least the staff were nice.

Lovely old pub, renovated very nicely. Beds were very comfortable and bathrooms and common areas were very clean and tidy. Sharing bathrooms was not an issue. Wish we had arrived early enough to enjoy a pub meal downstairs.

Overall I enjoyed my stay and it was worth of each penny. The only issue was I booked it via wotif and I didn't see any note about "shared toilet and bathroom", I wish I had used the hotel website directly as it clearly mentions the shared facilities, saw it too late unfortunately.

Confused by the hair dryer in the bathroom and no power outlet. Coffee and tea in room but no milk option. Clean and really comfortable bed and staff friendly

Would like a room on next level down next time if possible..same level as kitchen. A box of tissues in room and a bathmat would have been great, a better functioning light switch also.

Extremely rude staff, difficult and delayed check in, lingering cigarette smoke and no working bath or TV made our stay here very unpleasant.

Very disappointed in my stay. Was greeted at check-in and stated I had booked on Expedia. The gentleman helping me located my paperwork for the reservation and then asked me to tap my card. I assumed this was a deposit for any extra charges incurred, but he proceeded to charge me again for the booking. Have now been double charged and waiting for charges to be reversed all because of poor training of staff by the hotel.

There was damp smell in the room, carpets feel a bit wet. Fungus behind the blinds, windows were not functional. there was no remote for AC in the room, collected from reception and came to know AC works only on one mode and blow cold air only. Toilet light was not working, poor lighting in the room as well. No lifts in the building, if you have heavy bags, you have to carry them and climb stairs. I booked room in this hotel because this hotel have a 4.1/5 rating but I am totally disappointed.
