"Easy to get to and with good links to the various parts of Bedfordshire, it was an ideal property for my stay given it's proximity to the location I needed to visit the following morning. The room had all that I needed for my stay including complimentary shower gels, water, tea & coffee offerings and the breakfast menu was varied enough that I had a good choice to choose from."
"I need the Mattress!!!!. One of the most comfortable hotel Mattresses i have had. I hope there the same in the other rooms but mine was lovely. Also breakfast was included and it seemed like good quality products."
"Very picturesque & welcoming Inn, excellent & friendly service throughout from an early check in to a free drink on arrival, our room was comfortable & clean with breakfast items available in the room, also tea,coffee & hot chocolate.

"A nice hotel, well appointed in the public areas. Staff are friendly and helpful especially Boti the chef. The room was small however there was a separate study/dressing room area. There is a somewhat terrifying lift to the upper floors. A good substantial breakfast was included. It is situated in the town centre very close to the railway station. "
"I stayed with my mum who is in a wheelchair. The Fox provided a ramp, removeable suction hand grips, rubber shower mat and a shower seat without asking. Access via the terrace. Perfect! "
"I came in June 2025 and came back in August 2025 and was just as pleased as the first stay. Perfect location, very clean rooms,,the staff is perfect informative and always helpful. My room was perfect with a perfect view. My first stay in June was for 6 nights and this stay in August was for 6 nights. You step out of the hotel directly to your safe boardwalk and it is located next to the town for all you needs and comfort "

"The staff was very kind and helpful, the location was easy to find, with the Luton point and markets near to it. The neighbourhood was kind of noist at night, but there was no feeling of unsafety even that and we arrived after 10:00 pm"
