"We stayed here for a wedding at Bourton Hall, the location is great and the outdoor/conservatory area is fantastic for drinks in the sun. The room was clean and comfortable, however the walls were pigging and in desperate need of repainting. Overall was a great stay though."

"I had to leave because the noise was unbearable. We were supposed to stay for 2 nights but only stayed for 1 in the end due to the noise. We book a hotel to try and sleep in and relax. However the music from the bar was so loud. The music went on till midnight, then started again at 7am and went on the whole next day, louder at night. "Sadly we stayed only for one night, the room was comfortable, clean and not much noise. Friendly staff and there is a bar- restaurant with plenty of choises, what we tried for dinner was good and breakfast was also nice. Free parking and WiFi."

"The hotel facilities are good. Bed is comfy, breakfast is nice. However I was attending a conference and had a parcel delivered 3 days in advance which was received by a staff member. When asking for it, they never found it. I was chasing the staff as i had to basically tell her how to proceed (contact the employee who signed up for the package and track it down, simple!).
