We requested to switch rooms as the bathtub in the first room was not up to cleanliness! The hardware was corroded! The staff was very apologetic and accommodating and we were assigned another room!

Clean, and quiet. Breakfast was decent for a hotel. Only complaint would be the shower water pressure, if you have thick long hair don’t try and shower wash it.

The property is showing its age but nevertheless it was comfortable and clean. Staff were friendly and pleasant. Breakfast was ok but very limited room and seating. Parking lots are very well lit and safe. Easy to find, mall across the highway next to the casino.

Average stay at a reasonable price. Staff was friendly, property is dated and sometimes things don't work properly. 200 person hotel and 12 chairs for breakfast, a little disappointed with that. Lots of choices for restaurants but if you don't like walking you'll need a car. All within a mile but at 8 pm and you don't know the city, you probably want to drive. You can skip across the trans canada though for Boston Pizza in about 3 minutes.

The only problem we saw was the windows need to be kept clean summer and winter and should probably be replaced. Otherwise, everything was great.

I think this location is understaffed so I don't blame the individuals working but the hallways and stairs were full of dirt and I had to go and ask for new sheets to make our bed when we got in our room because it didn't appear that our sheets had been changed after the last individual's stay. The staff were nice, I just think it was severely understaffed as the hotel seemed to be full.

The room was well appointed and clean. Bed was super comfortable with lots of pillows. Just could use more attention to the floor corners in the bathroom where the mop doesn't reach. The breakfast was quite good with a good variety.

Just needed a place to sleep to break up a trip (Calgary to Winnipeg). The building is a little worn, our shower tub was showing some signs of age. The breakfast was a little pain but maybe that is the standard at this cost.

The staff when I came in was very welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was great. Unfortunately the bathroom we had had hair on the floor, a towel had yellow something with a hair stuck to it, the sheets had dog hair in them, the comforter had a yellow stain, under the sheets was wad of hair and my wife found a small piece of glass by her feet under the sheets as well. It wasn’t as clean as we had hoped but we still had a good stay and was what we needed.

Good beds. Quiet heating and no objectionable scents. Pleasant staff. A little bare bones with respect to maid service but it was available if required. Very comfortable.

It was close to everything and easy to get to for our event we attended. And the continental breakfast was great! The room was quiet and beds very comfortable. Friendly service also!

Kim at the front desk was amazing! Beyond helpful when we booked and arrived and made everything pleasant and easier after a super long day on the road. General basics for an overnight stay were good, other than the heat not turning off at all (we did get it cooler, but would have preferred it off, and never asked because we were too tired). Had the best sleep of our travels here. Overall good experience!

The bed was nice and clean. The room is older but in good shape. The hallway/stairs were showing their age and not the cleanest. I understand it is hard to keep up with so much foot traffic. The breakfast was not great. The hashbrowns were not cooked and the room the breakfast is served in is so hot the margarine was liquid and the little jam packets were baked to rubber.
