"I just wanted to share how much I enjoyed my recent stay at your hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel truly welcome. Check-in was quick and friendly, and the room was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained.
The location was perfect, the amenities were excellent, and the overall atmosphere was warm and professional. Special thanks to the front desk and housekeeping teams for their attentive service — it made a real difference.
I would gladly return and...

"Arrived on Sunday evening. Had been held up at an engagement but had a table booked during my journey for 20.45. Arrived at the pub/reception at 20.53 (booking line stated I had a 15 minute grace period). Told rather rudely that the kitchen had closed ages ago. I pointed out that I'd booked a table for 20.45 to which the reply was 'well it's now 20.53'. I stated that the booking said there was a 15 minute grace period and I had been stuck in traffic during my 2 hours drive, so couldn't help...

"La atención de la recepcionista y la camarera de piso fue excelente pero las habitaciones están muy descuidades y se nota que falta personal de limpieza. Camas rotas, sofá y moqueta sucios y viejos, la ducha se sale por encima de la cortina e inunda el baño. "

"Unfortunately, the room didn’t make the best first impression. On arrival, there were two used bath sheets and a T-shirt left by the front door. Once inside, I noticed hairs throughout the carpet, on the bed and around the room. There was also a thick layer of dust on top of the headboard, which was particularly concerning as I’m very sensitive to dust mites.
The room lacked basic information about hotel amenities, services and breakfast times/location; the only information provided was the...
