  • A cozy chalet located in the small town of Swain NY. A 15 minute drive to Letchworth State Park and Stony Brook State Park. Within walking distance to Swain Ski resort. Nicely decorated and comfortable. We hope you enjoy staying here as much as we do!

    We do allow pets for a $50 fee.

Such a cute place! Very comfortable! Plenty of room and nice and quiet. Easy access to Letchworth State Park. Had everything we needed. Our dog made herself right at home! We'd stay again!

Everything was great, the hosts were very responsive when needed. The water tastes and smells funny, but I think this is common for the area. They provide another source for drinking water. We slept well and had a nice trip!

Great property for your furry friends. We brought our dog and the other thing she couldn’t manage was the spiral staircase (she’s 10).Property was clean and true to description. The hosts were easy to communicate with via the chat in the app. Highly recommend.

Patroller School Weekend at Swain

Great Chalet close to Swain Ski Resort. Very clean and cozy. Definitely will stay again when in the area.

The house was just perfect for our family of four while we visited Letchworth State Park. The hosts were incredible responsive to our needs. The beds and sheets were particularly comfortable!! Thank you for a great stay!

Nice little house

We were looking for a nice place to stay to be based out of for day trips in the southern tier. This place fit the bill nicely. It was clean and comfortable, had the basics needed for our stay.
