"Wir waren 2 Familien und vom 26.12.- 03.01. in dem Haus. Sandra hat uns sehr nett Empfangen und uns das Haus gezeigt. Es war sehr sauber und die Klimaanlage und 2 zusatz Heizkörper liefen schon in der Wohnküche, da das Haus etwas ausgekühlt war wenn keiner drin ist im Winter. Die 4 Zimmer sind sehr geräumig und 3 Zimmer haben das Bad gleich im Zimmer drin. Das Zimmer mit den 2 Einzelbetten hat das Bad außerhalb vom Zimmer aber das hat nicht weiter gestört. "Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen, bis auf wenige Kleinigkeiten….Dusche gehört dringend renoviert… E Geräte in der Küche/ Kaffeemaschine/ Backofentür gehören ausgetauscht WLAN gab es nicht wirklich… mehr Abbrüche als wie Funktion… "

"Very nice place when you search for a calm region which is not too far away from the beach, supermarkets or Pula. Very nice and clean pool and a big garden if children are with you. Perfekt and fast communication with the owner. She showed us the house an how all works like the fireplace, the kitchen or the washing machine. We enjoy the outside Grill and the place to sit nearby. "Mooi en schoon vakantiehuis voor max 6 personen. Er zijn 3 slaapkamers en 2 badkamers met toilet. In badkamers handoeken aanwezig en ook een föhn.Woonkamer met bank en smarttv, waar je kunt inloggen op o.a. netflix. Keuken zit aan woonkamer en voorzien van vaatwasser, koffiezetapparaat (filter) gasfornuis en oven. Inventaris aanwezig, je hoeft niets mee te nemen! In de kelder, via buiten bereikbaar, is er een pooltafel en tafelvoetbal aanwezig. Een echte mancave! Leuke plek om je te vermaken....

"Eine sehr schöne Villa mit einem großen Pool. Die Villa ist sehr gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Draußen gibt’s einen Kohlegrill. Die Vermieterin war sehr hilfsbereit und immer erreichbar. Check Out in der Nacht war auch kein Problem."

"We rented this property for 2 weeks, and hosted 22 friends and family in this 7-bedroom gem of a property. Located amidst olive groves and small villages, Villa Ambienta is truly a standout property. Our guests were amazed and felt pampered and relaxed. The location is perfect, right in the middle of the southern end of the Istrian Peninsula' basically, you can drive for 15 or 20 minutes to the east, west or south, and you are at the Adriatic. "Ein echt an Perfektion grenzender Urlaub in einem TOP-Haus. Alles vorhanden was man braucht. Josip, der Besitzer, war immer erreichbar, was aber nicht nötig war, da alles vorhanden war und nix zu beanstanden war. Die Bilder in der Anzeige sprechen für sich und sind auch genau so anzutreffen! Das Haus ist ein über 150 Jahre altes Bauernhaus, welches innen und außen mit viel Liebe und Geschick sehr schön restauriert und eingerichtet ist! Kurzum, nur zu empfehlen!!!"
