Villa Marusha has 3 bedrooms (each with double bed). A bathroom is en suite.
One room has an extra bed for an adult or a child. In addition, if necessary, a baby cot is provided free of charge. There is space for six adults and two children or seven adults and one child.
Another bathroom is upstairs.

On the ground floor there are living rooms, a dining area, a kitchen and a bathroom with washing machine.
Baby cot and high chair are available for free.

All bedrooms and living rooms are equipped with air conditioning units.

In the garden there is a private swimming pool with loungers and right next to it there is a covered area for cooking and eating al fresco. Here you will find a large dining table for at least 8 people and a gas grill.

The garden is equipped with modern technology that offers a wonderful sight of grass and ornamental plants all year round.

The garden is surrounded by a high fence or wall so you have complete peace and privacy.

Villa Marusha is located on the edge of the villages Sveti Petar u Sumi and Jopi in the unspoiled nature.
The exterior of the villa is decorated with a unique Istrian stone, creating a wonderful ambience.

All known places in Istria (Rovinj, Porec, Pula ...) are about 20 kilometers away

The house is ideal for a family holiday or a holiday with friends.
Recreation can be found in the nature of central Istria as well as in various activities.
