"Great location! The place smelled heavily of smoke when we got there, and the owner came and deodorized the unit while we went to dinner. He was very responsive and accomodating! "

"Very nice place and very clean. I am a stickler for cleanliness and this place was great! I love how they had toiletries in the bathroom (even q-tips). Would definitely stay again when in the area."

"This was a wonderful experience. The host family was charming, considerate, and very accommodating. The pictured stairway is the entrance to the host's single family home. The host family lives upstairs over the one bedroom, one bathroom, work from home (wfh) studio apartment, which is on the ground floor. Everything was clean. The "kitchen" has a small (dorm size) refrigerator/freezer, sink, griddle, microwave, a coffeepot, some cabinet storage and a counter area. Folgers coffee, coffee...

"Nice apartment attached to home in quiet area but close to a grocery store, bar and restaurants. There are two other rentals so be sure you know which gate to go through. The apartment had everything we needed. The bed slopped to the middle. But everything else was perfect. There are even a washer and dryer to do a quick load if you have a need."

"Upon arrival it looked like the listing but the listing of course doesn’t show you the dead bugs (bumble bees in the window sills and cockroaches and thousand loggers in the kitchen), the fact it smells like moth balls, or that the pink spots on the carpets and rugs are likely bodily fluids since the only people that would be comfortable here are drunken frat boys.
