I'm sorry you didn't appear to enjoy your stay. I'm not sure what you were going to say, but if you booked a handicapped room, we have only two and each only has a single queen bed in the room. These rooms go quickly, but they do need to be reserved properly in the system.

Nancy, sorry to hear your stay wasn't as great as last year. You couldn't use your Player's discount because you made your reservation through this third party company. had you made it directly with us, we would have happily given you any discounts that were available to you. The young lady at the Front Desk is still in training. She is still getting familiar with Expedia reservations. There are different steps we have to take with these. As for the hot chocolate, that is a seasonal treat that we put out. It has been ordered and hasn't come in yet.
