"We have stayed at this hotel many times but not for about 3/4 years. We couldn’t believe how run down it has become. The whole place needs to be refurbished. Our sink in the bathroom had a crack in it, carpet had red stains on it. The doors in corridor were all scratched and the carpet was dirty. ..."
