Great option for Sutton
Great modernized historic home - It's right in the middle of everything. I stopped here on the way back to the US from Quebec City and didn't expect too much. It's more of a skiing town in the winter but there are some really nice shops around town and the Microbrasserie Sutton down the street offered a surprisingly inventive menu with a high-quality and very delicious meal that rivals many spots back home in Boston. My room had a wonderfully deep bathtub, it was very clean, it was nice and dark and I didn't hear any noise from the street or other rooms. I didn't try the breakfast or any meals, but their dining area outside looked inviting and nice.

The hotel had been updated but they have maintained the township charm. Staff was outstanding and the breakfast/brunch was fantastic.

I stayed in the smallest, least expensive room here and was very happy with it -- it was very attractive, cozy but not cramped, and had a spacious bathroom - I made sure to get a room with a soaking tub. Location is right off the downtown main street so it's easy to walk to restaurants, cafes, and shops. There's no hotel staff on site after 7 pm but the late arrival instructions I was sent were easy to follow. Great place to stay in Sutton!

Nous avions réservé une chambre au Pleasant pour célébrer notre 50e anniversaire de mariage. Absolument rien ne nous a déçu, tout était parfait. Nos hôtes Nathalie et Samuel, les propriétaires, en plus de nous accueillir avec la plus grande déférence, ont effectué une réservation dans un bistro de grande qualité d'un village voisin, pour le souper du jour-même de notre anniversaire. Ils ont eu la délicatesse de mentionner l'événement au personnel de restaurant qui nous accueillait pour le souper de telle sorte que nous avons eu droit à une gentille petite attention de leur part. Le Pleasant a la réputation d'offrir les meilleurs petits déjeuners et brunchs de la région, croyez-nous leur réputation n'est pas surfaite. Enfin, le lieu vaut la peine tandis que leurs propriétaires méritent notre plus grande reconnaissance.

A lot of little things made our stay enjoyable. While we had a corner suite it was surprisingly quiet. The location is ideal for using the nearby trails and accessing the village stores and restaurants.

This is a beautiful old property in downtown Sutton with convenient access to the restaurants and shops in town, and is just a few minutes from Mont Sutton slopes. My family loved staying here. Clean rooms, comfortable beds, great showers and sense of charm. Gracious hosts and great having the bistro right there. We will definitely visit again.

Very friendly, comfortable, and quiet. Lees Pleasant is the only place to get breakfast on Sutton on Wednesdays. The shuttle up to the ski hill stops right outside
