Peaceful and relaxing
The property was very clean. The owners have great communication and readily available and helpful. Great quiet location for a relaxing vacation. The tennis court and pool are an added bonus for the kids to hang out. Enough room for a family of five. Would recommend for a place to stay.

The layout of the house was good, and the use of the pool and tennis courts was great. It has a relaxing feel about it and it is quiet. Some things in the house weren't very clean like the dishwasher, the coffee jar in the pantry expired in 2020, lounge was dusty and not even a full roll of toilet paper for 6 people. (the owner did apologize about the toilet paper). The bikes have no brakes. The owner gave a good tip on how to get the gas to work for the BBQ.

Great spot
We had a short but comfortable stay here. The pool and tennis courts were great for the kids and if we'd had more time we'd have loved to fish and kayak too. The house was a good size for our group of two families and had everything we needed. The kids were happy in the bunk room together.

Enjoyable holiday, lovely beaches
Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Moorings. There are so many lovely beaches in the area. It is in a quiet area but within walking distance to the rsl club, coffe, spar etc. The house was spacious, and even though it’s an older house you can tell it has been looked after by the owners. I do think the cleaners could do a better job. There was a lot of hair in the carpet, on the beds and in the shower drain. The oven and bbq also needed a scrub. Overall the house was clean but could probably do with a good spring clean and get rid of the carpet, revamp the shower etc. There were tennis courts and pool onsite along with some fishing rods and bikes in the garage. The hosts were very nice and easy to contact. Overall we were happy and would return.

Great weekend house
Stayed for a weekend with the family (3 adults, 5 kiddos aged from 8 to 13). Great house, awesome location, plenty of stuff to keep kiddos busy without screens. Hope to come next time to catch some sunny days 😊

Glad to see you enjoyed the area and the house, but I can re-assure you the house was clean the day before you arrived as it was done by us. I have to admit the 2 pillow protectors which were dirty were under the doonas and that has been rectified but there were plenty of other for you to swap. Regards

A Tranquil Summer Holiday!
Our family enjoyed a lovely mini-break at The Moorings, a beautiful and inviting family home with enough space for our family of 4 plus 2 grandparents. Everything was so convenient - the adjacent tennis court, the swimming pool that overlooked the inlet and the jetty that was a stones-throw from the property and the perfect place for our children to practice their fishing skills! The owners provided recreational gear such as board games, dvds, bikes and tennis rackets - thank you so much for creating such a lovely option for future holidays.

Great getaway with family
Our family enjoyed Janet and Kamal’s place over Christmas. The kids loved the facilities and the house has a separate casual lounge area where we can continue chatting after the kids were asleep. We were able to do small trips to several beaches (Jervis NP, Mollymook and Bawley point). The carpet and stairs needs a good clean but it was still reasonably clean. We highly recommend the stay.

Communication with the owner and the check in process were very prompt and smooth. The house was a bit dusty and a few dead bugs in the utensil drawers. We wanted to swim in the pool but it was full of bird poo.. but good sized house for the price.

Perfect getaway
A well equipped town house. Clean and beds were comfotable. Good amenities, I loved being able to fish off the jetty only 50m from town house. Thank you for a lovely relaxing getaway.

Family getaway
We had a wonderful stay at The Moorings. Peaceful and access to all amenities. The kids enjoyed feeding the ducks and although it was a bit too cool to swim, they still had fun sitting by the pool. The wine and chocolates were a bonus too! Would definitely come back.

Perfect getaway
Pictures don’t do this property or location justice as both are incredible for long or short getaways. Communication was top-notch with owners and no issues with booking or check in . Facilities were available for us to use such as The home’s garage, bikes and tennis rackets for the property complex’s court which were great additions to our holiday. Upon arrival, we were greeted with wine and chocolate’s Upon arrival, we were greeted with wine and chocolate’s and chocolate which were an unexpected but thoughtful touch and were in joyed on the properties large backyard entertaining area. Would recommend for two families or a group of friends. Thank you again for welcoming us into your home.

Clean, cozy and quiet location
The floorboards upstairs between the bedrooms were super creaky, so if you have light-sleeping young children this might not be the best choice. Otherwise, it's clean and cozy and the neighbourhood outside was so quiet and peaceful. It was a nice place to spend a few days.

The house was clean and had good facilities. There were local shops about 2 minutes drive down the road. The host was very helpful and answered our questions very quickly. We had a wonderful stay there and enjoyed the holiday very much.

Lovely place to stay!
Us and another family stayed at this property for the weekend. There were 4 adults and 3 kids between us. Plenty of space, lots of things to do, comfortable beds and lovely shower!

perfect place for a weekend away
we had a little difficulty finding the place as the map gave us some wrong directions but once we found it we couldn’t have been happier. it was the perfect size for our group and had everything we needed!

Beautiful spacious home next to the water minutes from everything. Comfortably accommodated our family of 4. Pool tennis court spa and jetties all within the estate only 2 min walk. Owners were very friendly and accommodating, the cost was absolute value for money and we can’t wait to return

Very neat and tidy property with a great location.
The house had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. The BBQ and outdoor setting was great as were the tennis court and pool. The house was spacious enough for our family. We had a lovely stay.

Perfect for the family

Perfect relaxing home
Absolutely incredible place! The apartment was extremely clean, fresh and exactly what you see in the pictures. The neighbourhood was lovely and the people around were warm and friendly. Walking along the boat ramp and sitting by the waters was just beautiful and peaceful. My kids enjoyed their time bike riding in the neighbourhood and feeding the ducks. There were five bicycles provided by the owners, which was a great recreation for the kids. The shops were just a few minutes away, which was perfect. Though we did not have the perfect weather, we enjoyed relaxing and watching movies on big screen. It’s a perfect place for a family with kids. We would love to visit again and definitely recommend this awesome place. The owners Janet and Kamal were a wonderful couple to deal with.
