"This basement apartment was clean and well equipped with nice touches. It was quiet with just a little noise from other residents which is to be expected from basement units. The only downsides were the fact that it was a little stuffy which the small A/C unit could not overcome and I could only open one window. Also, if you have a car, it can be difficult to park in the evenings since you have to park in the street."

The listing mentioned on-site parking, but we had to find street parking and carry our belongings over couple of meters to the basement, even though there was space for two vehicles and the host did not allow us to park. Vrbo charged for cleaning while booking, but the place was not properly cleaned. The toilet was dirty (hair, tissues, and dirt -have evidence), and we had to request wipes to clean it ourselves.
