"The staff was amazing! Kind, friendly and very helpful at every turn. The facility was absolutely beautiful and well maintained. "Water park" was lacking. Only 1 small area for older kids to play in the water and no big slides. The slides they did have were fun for maybe upto a small 8 year old. We loved the theme of the place though, very fun and incredible details. I'd go back with adults, cause there were a variety of hot tubs, 2 with indoor/outdoor options. "The beds really weren’t that comfortable and the fire alarm started going off at 8am when a kid pulled the alarm and the staff couldn’t figure out how to get it shut off right according to The front desk. The shower head leaked bad causing horrible water pressure"

"Hotel is right on the river with beautiful views for the bridge. The staff is friendly and breakfast is cooked fresh for you when you order. It is quiet and walkable to restaurants."

"The hotel was pretty nice, the Wave restaurant in particular was awesome. The indoor pool felt a bit dated, but my kids still enjoyed it. The outdoor pool was super nice and we spent a decent amount of time there. The grounds were very well maintained and the views of the lake were spectacular of course. The staff was pleasant enough for the most part. We were just a bit disappointed with our room, it felt relatively small and dated, however it wasn't really where we spent most of our time, so...

"The cabin was the perfect weekend getaway for me and my husband. We were in the area to kayak the Kickapoo River and the cabin was close to where we launched (about 8 mins). It was cozy to relax in after 12.5 miles of kayaking. We enjoyed sitting outside, seeing wildlife including a deer, and hearing an owl at night. We plan to be back!"
