"Yes, horribly neglected. There was zero cleaning supplies in the room. There was only a boat two sheets of toilet paper left on the roll with no extra look like somebody threw up outside the room door that had been there for several weeks stains on the walls the little Chinese guy came out. I asked him to salt a little bit of the walkway as it was extremely icy. He reluctantly did that.
