"Everything was great, with 1 exception: the controls for the shower were terrible. The house was nice, the bed was warm, the kitchen served us well. But it takes a safecracker's dexterity to turn the shower off. You still get 5 stars, because you responded to calls, the house was great, and it stayed warm during the freeze. "

Cats in apartment when I opened door, animal hair on all furniture and bedding, bath tub dirty, rings around it and bugs in tub. I did not stay. I took several photos and video. No TV remote, no wifi. Still have t gotten a refind"

"The place only had one window unit and it was very cold. Two space heaters were in the bedrooms but couldn’t keep up. Breakers tripped , the area with the second bathroom and side door was very cold. There was a gap around the outside door letting the cold in. The garbage disposal didn’t work. The living area couches were very uncomfortable you could feel the bars when you sit."

"It is an amazing view locations a little far from town but it's very nice at night because it's very quiet. The beds are really hard but some people like that. The only thing I didn't like honestly the only complaint I had is the toilet paper. They need better toilet paper. Other than that I loved it"

The location was perfect—just minutes from base with easy access to everything, including Walmart right up the street.The house itself was clean, spacious, and very comfortable for our group. "Muy bien este hotel. Alberca techada. Instalaciones remodeladas y con varios detalles de la ruta 66 que se aprecian y nosotros agradecemos ya que están bien puestos. El personal amable. Desayuno completo bien servido. Estacionamiento amplio. Y junto al hotel tienen su restaurante con tienda para comprar artículos de la ruta 66. Muy bien ubicado también."
