Despite it being during July 4, the property grounds never felt crowded or on the beach and we had plenty of space to roam and look for seashells. The condo is spacious and nicely appointed, very clean (cute touches to welcome guests), easy to checkin-out, and parking was plentiful and free. "We only had a few days to spend on AMI. The Pink House was quaint and unique, perfectly located a block from the beach and literally beside an amazing restaurant Smoqhouse. Some beach chairs to use would be a great addition and the bathroom could use a bit of repair from some water damage but otherwise it was a perfect stay for 2 of us for a few days. "
