Shower room has everything short of a toothbrush. :) Kitchen has a bar area that seats 4. Coffee/Kuerig combination that also dispenses hot and cold water. Big smart TV in living area. "The house itself was nice. BUT, it was FULL of CAT HAIR. It was so nasty my grandson had a cat hair beard the whole time we were there. The beds were full of cat hair, the couch, windows, curtains, walls, air vents had about 2 inches of cat hair in them, we had to change the one we found. The dryer vent was full, so if you wash clothes, the dryer made sure you had cat hair there. The bathrooms, same. Towels....same. It we would have been allergic to cats, we would not have made it.
